Jets' Davante Adams: Six catches in Week 11 loss
Adams (illness/wrist) caught six of seven targets for 72 yards in Sunday's 28-27 loss to the Colts.
Adams bounced back to lead the Jets in receiving yards after averaging an awful 2.4 yards per target in the previous game, but this still wasn't all that strong of a performance by the star wide receiver's lofty standards. Breece Hall scored two total touchdowns in the loss, while Garrett Wilson was limited to 18 receiving yards on eight targets. The Jets have been unable to get all three of those prominent playmakers going simultaneously, which has contributed to the team's dreadful 3-8 start heading into the Week 12 bye.

Jets' Davante Adams: Active versus Colts
Adams (illness/wrist) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Colts.
Adams -- who had been listed as questionable for the contest -- missed practice both Wednesday and Thursday but logged a full session to close the week, with interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich noting Friday he expected the wideout to play Sunday, per Rich Cimini of ESPN. With his Week 11 availability confirmed, Adams is in line to continue to function as a key pass catcher for QB Aaron Rodgers opposite Garrett Wilson (who is averaging 10 targets a game), an arrangement that so far has resulted in Adams recording a 20/206/1 receiving line on 39 targets in four contests since arriving in a trade with the Raiders.

Jets' Davante Adams: Remains on track to play
Adams (illness/wrist), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, remains in line to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich previously relayed after Friday's practice that Adams was expected to play Sunday, so Rapoport's report adds to wideout's positive outlook. Jets' Davante Adams: Misses practice due to illness, wrist
Jets interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich said Adams won't practice Wednesday due to an illness and a sore wrist, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.
Ulbrich didn't suggest that either issue was especially serious, but Adams will still likely need to practice in some fashion by Friday for the Jets to feel good about his chances of playing Sunday against the Colts. Since being acquired from the Raiders on Oct. 15, Adams has gotten off to a slow start to his tenure with the Jets. Through four games, Adams has produced a 20-206-1 receiving line on 39 targets, with his 5.3 yards per target representing a steep decline from his career-long average (7.8).
