The Raiders released LeBlanc (undisclosed) with an injury settlement Tuesday, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
LeBlanc was set to miss the entirety of the 2022 campaign while on Las Vegas' injured reserve, but he should now be free to negotiate a contract elsewhere once he gets healthy. The 28-year-old cornerback never saw in-game action while on the Texans' practice squad for much of last season.

It's unclear what type of injury LeBlanc is dealing with, but this move means he'll be shut down for the 2022-23 season unless he works out an injury settlement with the team. As he works back from the injury, his absence will open up opportunities for Darius Phillips and Chris Jones at corner.

LeBlanc started for the Eagles in Week 3, but during his other eight games with the team, he played either a depth or rotational role. He then suffered a season-ending high-ankle sprain in late November. The 26-year-old is on track to hit free agency this offseason, and it seems likely that he'll have to settle for a reserve role wherever he next suits up.

LeBlanc (ankle) has been placed on the Eagles' reserve/injured list, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
The cornerback suffered a high-ankle sprain in Sunday's loss to the Browns and will now sit out at least three weeks before he can return to action. Through nine games this season, LeBlanc has recorded 22 tackles (19 solo), two passes defensed, a sack and a forced fumble. LeBlanc suffered an ankle injury during Sunday's loss to the Browns, Alaina Getzenberg of The Charlotte Observer reports.
LeBlanc hurt his ankle in the third quarter and didn't return. He made three solo tackles before leaving the game. LeBlanc will get an extra day of recovery before a Week 12 matchup against the Seahawks, a Monday night affair.
