The 49ers signed Bellamy (undisclosed) on Friday, NFL.com reports.
Bellamy was waived by the Titans with a non-football injury back in May, but he's now returned to health. Since going unselected in the 2018 NFL Draft, Bellamy has yet to make his debut in the league.

Bellamy spent time on Tennessee's practice squad injured list in 2020 after having a benign cyst drained, but he should be available for spring workouts. The 26-year-old linebacker has yet to make his NFL debut.

Bellamy (undisclosed) was placed on Houston's practice squad injured list Monday.
The 25-year-old had a benign cyst drained last week and will be unavailable for the couple weeks, so the Texans opted to free up a spot on the practice squad. Bellamy failed to make Houston's season-opening roster but remained with the organization on the practice squad.

Bellamy had a benign cyst drained and is not expected to be available this week for the Texans, Aaron Wilson of The Houston Chronicle reports.
The former undrafted free agent from Georgia was cut following training camp this summer, but the Texans decided to sign him as a member of the practice squad. Bellamy had a previous stint with the Bengals' practice squad, but he is yet to see any NFL action since first entering the league in Sept. 2019.
