Buccaneers' Kenny Young: Added to Bucs' active roster
Young was signed to the Buccaneers' 53-man roster Wednesday, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
Young will suit up with the active roster for the second time this season when the Buccaneers take on the Packers on Sunday. The linebacker logged 17 snaps on special teams in Week 2, failing to make a tackle. Young will likely operate on kick and punt coverage again in Week 3.

Raiders' Kenny Young: Inks deal with Raiders
Young signed a contract with the Raiders on Monday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Young split time between the Rams and Broncos last year due to a midseason trade that sent him from Los Angeles to Denver for a 2024 sixth-round selection. He played in a total of 13 games, recording 46 tackles (27 solo), two sacks and a pass defensed, with a forced fumble and recovery. He'll likely fill a rotational role in the the Raiders' linebacker unit. In a corresponding move, the team cut Justin March-Lillard.

Broncos' Kenny Young: Not playing in finale
Young is listed as inactive for Saturday's regular-season finale against the Chiefs, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official website reports.
Young cleared concussion protocol earlier in the week, but it looks like the Broncos will play it safe and err on the side of caution here. In his absence, Jonas Griffith and Justin Strnad figure to be in line for increased snaps.

Broncos' Kenny Young: Clears concussion protocol
Young didn't appear Tuesday on the Broncos' estimated practice report and appears to have cleared the NFL's five-step concussion protocol, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
Young was sidelined for a third straight game in Sunday's 34-13 loss to the Chargers due to the head injury, but his absence from the team's first Week 18 report seemingly implies that he would have been listed as a full participant if included. Unless Young suffers a setback in practice over the next two days, he should be ready to play in Saturday's season finale against the Chiefs. Young has compiled 75 tackles, two sacks and two forced fumbles across 13 games between the Rams and Broncos this season.

Young will miss his third consecutive game due to a concussion. Though he has yet to clear the league's protocols, he did manage a limited practice Friday. As a result, there should be some optimism that Young will be able to return for a Week 18 matchup against Kansas City. Jonas Griffith has seen an increased role in Young's absence.
