Foxx was released with an injury designation by the Seahawks in August. He then signed with the Jets following the conclusion of the 2017 regular season. However, the team has opted to waive him in favor of receiver KD Cannon. The UConn product will look for an opportunity with a different team to make his NFL debut in the upcoming season.

Foxx was released by the Seahawks prior to the beginning of the regular season due to a hamstring injury and spent the entire season in free agency.
