Ravens' Roquan Smith: Good to go for SNF
Smith (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Smith jumped to a full participant Thursday after failing to practice in Wednesday's session. The increase in participation and subsequent clearing of any injury designation means the linebacker should be good to go for Sunday night's game against the Patriots. Smith is coming off a 14-tackle effort against the Bengals last Sunday, and a similar performance would be very welcome against one of the most efficient offenses in either conference in that of New England.

Ravens' Roquan Smith: Dealing with knee issue
Smith (knee) did not practice Wednesday.
Smith racked up 14 tackles and played 100 percent of snaps in Baltimore's Week 15 win over the Bengals, though he apparently came away with a knee injury as well. The severity of the issue should become clearer as the week of practice progresses.

Ravens' Roquan Smith: Leads dominant defensive effort
Smith tallied 14 tackles (eight solo) against the Bengals in a 24-0 shutout victory Sunday.
Smith was easily Baltimore's leading tackler in the impressive defense-led victory. His 14 stops were the second most he's recorded the season and served as his fourth straight double-digit tackle tally. Smith missed two games earlier this season due to a hamstring issue, but he's still posted 114 tackles to reach the triple-digit mark for the eighth straight season to begin his career.

Ravens' Roquan Smith: Logs double-digit stops again
Smith tallied 10 tackles (four solo), including one stop for a loss, during the Ravens' 27-22 loss to the Steelers on Sunday.
Smith and Kyle Hamilton were the only two Ravens defenders to play every single snap Sunday, and the former finished with double-digit tackles for a third consecutive game and the seventh time this season. Smith is now up to 100 total tackles through 11 regular-season games, and the 2018 first-rounder has cracked the tackling century mark in each of his eight campaigns in the NFL.

Smith tallied double-digit tackles for the fourth time in his last six games, and he's now on the precipice of his seventh 100-tackle season as a pro. He's a good IDP option in most formats going into a Week 14 tilt versus the Steelers.

Ravens' Roquan Smith: Returns to practice Thursday
Smith (hamstring) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.
Smith sat out practice Wednesday due to a hamstring issue that may be an aggravation of the injury that caused him to miss Weeks 5 and 6. While the severity of the current issue isn't clear, the fact Smith was able to practice in a limited capacity Thursday is a positive indication that he's not dealing with anything serious. If Smith can practice in full Friday, he'll likely avoid having an injury designation heading into the weekend.

Ravens' Roquan Smith: Dealing with hamstring issue
Smith (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday.
Smith missed two games earlier in the season due to a Grade 2 hamstring injury, though whether his current injury is to the same leg isn't clear. He likely tweaked his hamstring during Baltimore's Week 11 win over Cleveland, when he played every single defensive snap and logged four tackles (two solo) and one pass defense. Smith will have two more chances to practice in at least a limited capacity ahead of Sunday's game against the Jets.

He's expected to remain a valuable IDP option in the Week 12 matchup against the Jets.
