Costin (concussion) has cleared concussion protocol, per coach Doug Marrone, John Shipley of Jaguar Report reports.
Costin missed last week's game after getting concussed in Week 9, but he should be back in his usual spot on the interior of Jacksonville's defensive line against the Steelers come Sunday.

Jaguars' Doug Costin: Won't play Week 10
Costin (concussion) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Packers, Mark Long of the Associated Press reports.
Costin suffered a concussion during Jacksonville's loss to the Texans in Week 9, and he'll need to gain full medical clearance before retaking the field. In the undrafted rookie's absence, Daniel Ekuale stands to handle a rotational role while Taven Bryan starts at defensive tackle.

Jaguars' Doug Costin: Suffers possible concussion
Costin exited Sunday's game against the Texans to be evaluated for a concussion.
Costin totaled two tackles before exiting the game during the second half. If the concussion is confirmed, the 23-year-old will need to fully clear the concussion protocol to have a chance of playing Week 10.
