  • BoPete Keyes: Works out for Green Bay

Keyes participated in a tryout with the Packers on Monday, Howard Balzer of GoPHNX.com reports.

Keyes was placed on the Browns' injured reserve list July 30 with a finger injury and was waived by the team Sept. 19. He's seemingly over the issue as he works toward a return to the NFL.

  • BoPete Keyes: Gets let go

Keyes (finger) was waived from injured reserve by the Browns on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Keyes was placed on IR with the injury during training camp in July, but he'll now be free to sign elsewhere if he can prove himself healthy.

  • Browns' BoPete Keyes: Goes on injured reserve

Keyes (finger) reverted to injured reserve Sunday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Keyes cleared waivers after being let go Saturday, and he'll now have to spend the 2023 campaign on the shelf unless he reaches an injury settlement with the Browns.

  • BoPete Keyes: Let go by Cleveland

Keyes (finger) was waived by the Browns on Saturday with an injury designation.

Keyes was signed by the Browns in July after being cut by the Ravens in May. He hasn't played a game since 2021, when he played sparingly across five games with both the Bears and Colts. The 2020 seventh-round draft pick out of Tulane will have to look elsewhere for a depth spot in the secondary and on special teams.

  • Browns' BoPete Keyes: Lands in Cleveland

The Browns signed Keyes to a one-year contract Thursday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Keyes was cut by the Ravens back in May. The 25-year-old was a seventh-round pick by the Chiefs back in 2020 and has appeared in 13 career games for the Chiefs, Bears, and Colts as a deep reserve and special teamer.

  • BoPete Keyes: Waived by Baltimore

Keyes was waived by the Ravens on Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Keyes will head to waivers after spending time on the practice squads of Houston, Atlanta, and Baltimore. The 2020 seventh-round pick hasn't played in a game since 2021 and will try to find another opportunity with a new team.

  • Colts' Bopete Keyes: No injury designation

Keyes (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Thursday's game against the Jets.

Keyes sat out Sunday's loss to Tennessee with the hamstring issue but will only end up missing one game. The 23-year-old has played only seven defensive snaps in four contests this season.

  • Colts' Bopete Keyes: Ruled out for Sunday

Keyes (hamstring) will not play in the Colts' Week 8 contest with the Titans on Sunday, George Bremer of The Anderson Herald Bulletin reports.

Keyes was forced to leave the Colts' Week 7 matchup early as he suffered an undisclosed injury in their win over the 49ers. Indianapolis' secondary is getting very thin with multiple injuries to their cornerbacks, so expect Kenny Moore and Isaiah Rodgers to see extended snaps against the Titans with Keyes out.

  • Colts' Bopete Keyes: Suffers undisclosed injury Sunday

Keyes (undisclosed) left Sunday's contest against the 49ers in the second half and won't return, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.

It's unclear when Keyes suffered the injury, but it's apparently significant enough to keep him sidelined for the reminder of the game. The Colts are already without Rock Ya-Sin, (ankle) and Xavier Rhodes (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest, so they will likely have to rely on their second-string corners Kenny Moore and Isaiah Rodgers for the remainder of Sunday's contest.
