The Seahawks cut Kassis from their practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Kassis spent the offseason with Seattle but was ultimately let go during final roster cuts in late-August. He's since signed back with the team's practice squad two separate times, but following Tuesday's transaction, he'll now look elsewhere to make his NFL debut.

Seattle signed Kassis to its practice squad Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Kassis was cut from the Seahawks' practice squad a week ago, but he'll rejoin the organization ahead of Week 8. The undrafted wideout out of Montana State is still looking to make his regular-season NFL debut.

Kassis spent training camp with Seattle, but he failed to make the team's 53-man roster. He joined their practice squad last Wednesday, but the union turned out to be a short one. He'll now work to find an opportunity elsewhere.

Kassis failed to carve out a role while with the Seahawks this preseason and was let go as part of the team's final roster cuts in late August. The rookie wideout will now look to work his way onto the active roster as a potential game-day elevation for Seattle this season.

Seattle waived Kassis on Tuesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
The undrafted rookie out of Montana State made a fair case for himself as a practice squad candidate this preseason, but he'll first have to go unclaimed on waivers. He recorded a collegiate season of 67 receptions for 871 yards and six touchdowns back in 2019.

Seahawks' Kevin Kassis: Four catches in loss
Kassis caught four of five targets for 37 yards in Thursday's 27-11 preseason loss to the Bears.
Kassis took the field in the third quarter and caught four short passes from quarterback Jacob Eason. An undrafted rookie out of Montana State, Kassis is a long shot to make the 53-man roster. However, he's making a strong case for the practice squad.
