Marcus Tate: Leaving Philly
The Eagles waived Tate (undisclosed) from their injured-reserve list with an injury settlement Friday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
The injury settlement means Tate won't necessarily have to miss the entirety of the season. With that said, if he's going to play in 2025, he'll still need to get another chance with a different team.

Eagles' Marcus Tate: Reverts to IR
Tate (undisclosed) reverted to injured reserve Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Tate was waived/injured Wednesday, and after clearing waivers, he's now been moved to IR. Consequently, the 22-year-old will miss the entire 2025 season unless he works out an injury settlement with Philadelphia.

Marcus Tate: Let go by Eagles
The Eagles waived Tate (undisclosed) with an injury designation Wednesday.
Tate is headed to waivers after picking up an undisclosed injury. The 22-year-old signed with the team as an undrafted free agent in June, and he will revert to injured reserve should he clear waivers.
