Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Just one grab in return Sunday
Harrison (heel) had one reception on three targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 26-19 loss to the Falcons.
Harrison returned from his second two-game layoff since Week 10 -- the first was due to a concussion -- to reclaim his spot in Arizona's starting lineup. The 22-year-old may have been limited by the nagging heel that sidelined him in the first place after finishing Sunday's contest with new single-game lows for receptions (one) and yards (14) this season. All three of Arizona's top receiving options experienced dips in production against Atlanta in Week 16, so Harrison's dud may also have been the result of a poor matchup for the Cardinals as a whole. Harrison will make another attempt at a return to form in next Sunday's road matchup against the Bengals.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Back in action in Week 16
Harrison (heel) is listed as active Sunday against the Falcons.
Harrison is putting an end to a two-game absence -- and four DNPs in the past five contests -- but according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the second-year wide receiver likely will be eased back in after being limited in all three Week 16 sessions as he attempts to put a heel injury behind him. Assuming Harrison's snap count is curtailed, Michael Wilson will continue to operate as the Cardinals' top option at the position, while Xavier Weaver (hamstring), Jalen Brooks and Steven Sims also will be on hand for snaps and targets.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Likely to play, but may be eased in
Harrison, who is officially questionable for Sunday's Week 16 matchup against Atlanta due to a heel injury, is expected to suit up, though Arizona intends to "ease him back in," Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Harrison sat out the Cardinals' past two contests because of the heel issue. He was a limited participant in all three of the team's practices this week, which should be enough for him to return to action Sunday. However, the second-year wideout has stated that the heel injury is going to linger for the remainder of the campaign, which may be why Arizona is seemingly planning to take a careful approach to his game activity. It's unclear exactly how that will impact his offensive snap share, but fantasy managers should at least be aware that Harrison may not log his usual allotment of snaps, which could also be a boon to the outlook of No. 2 wideout Michael Wilson, who has thrived this season when Harrison has been absent.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Deemed questionable, says he's ready
Harrison (heel) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons, after telling reporters Friday that he expects to play, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
Harrison was a limited practice participant Wednesday through Friday, saying afterward that he's "good enough to go" this Sunday. He also said his heel injury is unlikely to resolve before the end of the season, but he thinks he'll be able to play through it in Weeks 16-18 after missing the past two games. In light of the 'questionable' designation, Arizona's late-afternoon kickoff (4:05 p.m. ET) is suboptimal for fantasy managers, with Harrison's availability taking on extra importance due to the impact on Michael Wilson's projection.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Expects to play
Harrison (heel) said he's "good enough to go" for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
Harrison may still have an injury designation but apparently expects to play. He was a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday, after missing the past two games with a heel injury.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Stays limited Thursday
Harrison (heel) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Harrison followed up Wednesday's capped walkthrough with a similar activity level one day later, which generally is a good sign that he's trending toward a return to action Sunday against the Falcons. Friday's injury report will provide insight into his odds to do so, but with Xavier Weaver (hamstring) also limited in practice this week, Michael Wilson and Jalen Brooks currently are the only healthy options at wide receiver on Arizona's active roster.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Limited in walkthrough
Harrison (heel) was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Since the Cardinals' Week 8 bye, Harrison has made just three appearances (Weeks 9, 10 and 13) while missing Weeks 11 and 12 following an appendectomy and Weeks 14 and 15 due to a heel injury. Coach Jonathan Gannon said Wednesday that Harrison felt "good" in his return to practice, and the Cardinals will take a wait-and-see approach as the team gears up for Sunday's game against the Falcons. Currently, Michael Wilson and Jalen Brooks are the only healthy wide receivers on Arizona's active roster, so getting Harrison back would be a boost to the passing game.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Takes part in walkthrough
Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon said Harrison (heel) will participate in Wednesday's walkthrough practice, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.
Gannon said Harrison is doing "good." The second-year pro has missed two straight games due to a heel injury suffered Week 16, but Gannon has stated that Harrison is expected to play again this season. In order to make his return Sunday versus the Falcons, Harrison may have to prove himself healthy enough to handle full practice reps at least once in Week 16.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Expected to play again this year
Harrison (heel) won't play Sunday at Houston, but Cardinals coach Jonathan Gannon said Friday that he expects the wideout to return this season, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Harrison will miss a second straight game after suffering a heel injury Week 13, his first game back from appendicitis. He'll now have missed four of the past five games, without any practice participation since injuring his heel, but Gannon did say Friday that Harrison is "doing a lot better," per Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com. In the meantime, Michael Wilson will lead Arizona's WR corps in a tough matchup this Sunday, with Andre Baccellia, Jalen Brooks, Trent Sherfield and Xavier Weaver (hamstring) being the other likely candidates for top-three roles. No. 2 TE Elijah Higgins also gets a boost in projected playing time with Arizona's WR room so depleted.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Missing second straight game
Head coach Jonathan Gannon ruled out Harrison (heel) for Sunday's game in Houston, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Harrison didn't practice in any fashion this week and will miss his second straight game due to the heel issue, ultimately being sidelined for the fourth time in five games overall after he was out Weeks 11 and 12 while recovering from an appendectomy. With Harrison unavailable once again, wideout Michael Wilson and tight end Trey McBride should continue to command heavy target volume from quarterback Jacoby Brissett, who is averaging 43.1 pass attempts per game through eight starts.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Another DNP on Thursday
Harrison (heel) isn't practicing Thursday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Harrison thus will have just one more chance to mix into drills this week, or else he'll be at risk of missing a second game in a row due to a heel injury. If he sits out again Sunday at Houston, it'll mark his fourth absence in the past five games after he sat out Weeks 11-12 following an appendectomy. Fellow WR Michael Wilson prospered during Harrison's three recent absences, totaling a 36-445-2 line on 49 targets in those contests. Andre Baccellia is the only other healthy wide receiver on Arizona's active roster.

Cardinals' Marvin Harrison: Another DNP
Harrison (heel) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.
Harrison remains sidelined due to the heel injury he picked up in the fourth quarter of a Week 13 loss at Tampa Bay. With Harrison out again this past Sunday against the Rams -- like in Weeks 11-12 when he was unavailable following an appendectomy -- fellow WR Michael Wilson again went off, hauling in 11 of 16 targets for 142 yards and two touchdowns. Joining Harrison as a DNP on Wednesday was Xavier Weaver (hamstring), meaning Wilson and Andre Baccellia are the only healthy wide receivers on the Cardinals' active roster at the moment.
