The Bills have a slew of injuries to their offensive line, the latest being Garrett McGhin heading to injured reserve with an ankle injury. Magnuson (undisclosed) was waived off 49ers' injured reserve Friday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Magnuson was waived by the 49ers prior to training camp after suffering an undisclosed injury. Nobody claimed him, so he reverted to their injured reserve. Now that both parties have come to terms on a settlement he will be free to find a new opportunity once his health allows it.

Magnuson was dealing with an undisclosed injury, but instead of being placed on the PUP list to begin training camp, the 49ers have elected to waive him. He spent the majority of the 2018 campaign as a backup lineman, and he has the ability to play multiple positions, including center and guard. If he clears waivers, he'll revert to the team's injured reserve.
