Kobe Prentice: Cut loose by Giants
The Giants waived Prentice on Saturday.
Prentice joined the Panthers as an undrafted rookie in May but was cut by the team at the start of training camp. Since then, he spent time with the Patriots and Giants before the current transaction. Assuming he goes through waivers unclaimed, he may be destined for a team's practice squad.

The Giants signed Prentice to a contract Wednesday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
The Patriots waived Prentice on Monday. The wide receiver went unclaimed but has quickly found another team with which to finish out the preseason. Prentice will likely play in Friday's preseason finale against the Jets, but it is unlikely he will spend any longer with the Giants' roster than that.

Kobe Prentice: Let go by New England
Prentice was waived by the Patriots on Monday.
Prentice was claimed off waivers by the Patriots in late July after being let go by the Panthers, and he was able to catch four of seven targets for 47 yards over two preseason games with New England before being let go Monday. If the wide receiver clears waivers this time around, he may end up sticking around as a member of the Patriots' practice squad.

The Patriots claimed Prentice off waivers Saturday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Prentice is headed to New England after having been waived by the Panthers on Friday. The rookie undrafted free agent will now spend the remainder of the offseason competing for a spot on the Patriots' final roster.

Prentice was waived by the Panthers on Friday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.
Prentice's time in Carolina has been cut short after signing with the team in early May as an undrafted free agent. As a senior at Baylor last season, the 22-year-old recorded a modest 380 receiving yards, albeit with six touchdowns.

Panthers' Kobe Prentice: Inks UDFA deal
Prentice signed with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent Thursday, Kassidy Hill of the team's official site reports.
Prentice had a decent freshman season at Alabama with a 31-337-2 line over 13 games, but he never really progressed from there, topping out at 380 yards and six touchdowns as a senior at Baylor. He's undersized (5-foot-10, 184 pounds) but showcased 4.37 40-yard dash at his pro day, and he'll need to make an impact on special teams to have a chance at the 53-man roster.
