Toran was waived by the Patriots on Tuesday, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
Toran was one of several Patriots to opt out of the 2020 season. The reserve offensive lineman spent time with the 49ers during the 2018 season before landing on New England's practice squad for the 2019 campaign.
