Steelers' Jacob Copeland: Picked up by Pittsburgh
Copeland agreed to a deal with Steelers on Friday.
Copeland spent some time on the Steelers' practice squad during his rookie campaign before signing a reserve/future deal with the Chiefs following the season. He was ultimately cut by the team in May and has now found a fresh start in Pittsburgh. He will compete with a plethora of pass catchers for a depth receiving role in the upcoming season.

Undrafted out of Maryland last year, Copeland signed a reserve/future deal with Kansas City back in January, but the team now needs his roster spot for the latest wave of undrafted signees. Copeland has yet to appear in an NFL game.

The Chiefs signed Copeland to a reserve/future contract Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Copeland signed with Tennessee as an undrafted free agent last May and also got looks from Minnesota and Pittsburgh during the campaign. The wideout has yet to make his NFL debut, but he'll have the opportunity to compete for a spot on Kansas City's roster during training camp this summer.

Less than two months after cutting Copeland from its practice squad, Pittsburgh has decided to bring him back into the fold ahead of Week 13. If Calvin Austin (ankle) isn't able to suit up Sunday versus the Cardinals, the Steelers could opt to elevate Copeland to the active roster for that game.

The Vikings waived Copeland on Tuesday, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Copeland went undrafted in April and initially signed with the Titans before being waived in early August. He closed out the offseason with the Vikings but was unable to secure a spot on the team's 53-man roster. It's unclear whether he'll draw interest from other clubs ahead of the 2023 campaign.

Titans' Jacob Copeland: Signs UDFA deal with Tennessee
The Titans signed Copeland as an undrafted free agent Friday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Copeland caught 86 passes for 1,366 and nine touchdowns across four seasons at Florida before transferring to Maryland for his final collegiate campaign. In his lone year with the Terrapins, the 6-foot wideout caught 26 passes for 376 yards and two scores. He'll compete with fellow UDFA wideout Tre'Shaun Harrison during offseason work, but they're both long shots to make the initial 53-man roster.
