Broncos' Frank Crum: Active in preseason opener
Crum (illness) was active for Saturday's 30-9 preseason win over the 49ers.
Crum has now officially worked his way back from the illness that required him to be placed on the reserve/non-football injury list in January. The offensive tackle was able to log 22 snaps on offense with Denver, and he'll continue to compete for a spot on the team's 53-man roster ahead of the 2025 campaign.

Broncos' Frank Crum: Placed on NFI list
The Broncos placed Crum (illness) on the reserve/non-football injury list Saturday, Nick Kosmider of The Athletic reports.
Crum was already ruled out for Sunday's wild-card game against the Bills. His placement on the NFI list makes room on the Broncos' active roster for the activation of running back Tyler Badie (back) from IR. However, it also means that Crum is officially done for the 2024 season.

Broncos' Frank Crum: Won't play in wild-card round
Crum (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's wild-card matchup versus Buffalo, Susanna Weir of the Broncos' official site reports.
Crum missed last Sunday's Week 18 game against Kansas City due to an illness, and he hasn't shown enough improvement to play in Buffalo in the wild-card round. The rookie right tackle has played mostly on special teams this season when active, though he hasn't suited up for a contest since Week 8.

Broncos' Frank Crum: Still under the weather
Crum (illness) was listed as a DNP on Wednesday's injury report, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
Crum was unable to play against the Chiefs in Week 18 due to an illness. He would have to return to practice in at least a limited capacity over the next two days in order to have a shot at playing against the Bills in Sunday's AFC wild-card game.

Broncos' Frank Crum: Ruled out for Week 18
Crum (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.
Crum is feeling under the weather, and it's serious enough for the 24-year-old to be sidelined for Sunday's regular-season finale. Alex Palczewski, Matt Peart and Alex Forsyth will be the backup offensive lineman for Week 18 due to Crum's absence.
