The Titans claimed Laulu off waivers Wednesday, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
The former Raiders defensive tackle has found a new home in Tennessee. Laulu has played in five games for the Raiders in 2026, logging five tackles (one solo), including 0.5 sacks. The 2024 seventh-rounder will now bolster the Titans' defensive line depth for the remainder of the 2026 season.

Jonah Laulu: Waived by Las Vegas
The Raiders waived Laulu on Tuesday.
Las Vegas needed to clear a roster spot in order to activate wideout Dont'e Thornton (hamstring) from injured reserve, and Laulu was the corresponding move. After a promising 2025 campaign during which the Oklahoma product tallied 4.0 sacks, Laulu dropped in the rotation this season, per Sam Warren of The Athletic, and was a healthy inactive this past Sunday against the Rams. He had 0.5 sacks through five contests before being waived Tuesday.

Raiders' Jonah Laulu: Cleared for Week 12

The second-year defensive tackle has posted 28 tackles (13 solo), including 4.0 sacks, seven QB hits and five pass breakups on 64 percent of the defensive snaps across 10 games this season.

Raiders' Jonah Laulu: Limited to open week
Laulu (ribs) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.
Laulu suffered a rib injury during the first quarter of Monday's 33-16 loss to the Cowboys and was unable to return. His ability to practice Wednesday in a limited capacity is a sign that the injury isn't considered a long-term issue, though his practice participation over the next two days will shed light on his chances of playing against the Browns on Sunday. Thomas Booker would likely step into a starting role at defensive tackle alongside Adam Butler if Laulu were to miss time due to his injury.

Raiders' Jonah Laulu: Exits with rib injury
Laulu (ribs) is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Cowboys.
Laula injured his ribs during the first quarter of Monday's game, and he's being evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return. With Leki Fotu (coach's decision) inactive, Thomas Booker should see more snaps at defensive tackle alongside Adam Butler for as long as Laula is out of the game.

Raiders' Jonah Laulu: Appears in all 17 games in 2024
Laulu finished the 2024 season with 35 tackles (15 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and three pass breakups across 17 games with Las Vegas.
Laulu was a seventh-round pick by the Colts in the 2024 NFL Draft, but Indianapolis cut him after the preseason. Laulu was claimed off waivers by the Raiders, and he went on to start seven of the 17 games in which he appeared. Fortifying the defensive line will be a major area of concern for Las Vegas in the offseason. Laulu will need to again compete for a roster spot under a new coaching staff.
