Hance (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official website reports.
Hance has already missed four straight games due to the shoulder injury he suffered in Week 4 against the Texans. The offensive lineman will now be forced to be sidelined for at least four more contests before he'd be eligible to return from IR in early December.
