Bills' Cam Lewis: Set to suit up Week 17
Lewis (hamstring) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's clash against Philadelphia.
Lewis was deemed a limited participant in practice Wednesday and Thursday but was able to log a full practice Friday. He thus has avoided an injury designation and will be in action Sunday. Lewis has yet to miss a game this season, but his defensive snap count has been trending down of late, and he logged just a 14 percent share last Sunday against the Browns.

He's ultimately going to be able to play, but Taron Johnson (groin) is active as well after missing the Bills' past two contests. Lewis was a limited participant in all three practices this week with a calf injury. The slot cornerback was able to play through a shoulder injury in the Bills' Week 10 loss to the Dolphins despite logging limited sessions throughout that week as well. The 28-year-old's status for Sunday's game may also revolve around starting slot cornerback Taron Johnson (groin) and his availability. If Lewis is able to suit up, he will likely either back up a starting Johnson or share slot cornerback snaps with fellow University at Buffalo product Ja'Marcus Ingram if Johnson is unable to go for a third straight week.

Lewis recorded 68 tackles (47 solo) and four passes defensed, including an interception, over 17 regular-season games in 2024.
After not reaching 150 defensive snaps in any of his first four seasons as a pro, Lewis was on the field for 569 defensive snaps in 2024. This was due in large part to injuries to other Buffalo defensive backs, most notably a four-game absence from regular starting slot cornerback Taron Johnson early in the season. Lewis is slated to return to the Bills in 2025, and the team may need to shake up its corner rotation if Rasul Douglas leaves in free agency.
