The Eagles waived/injured Wheatfall (undisclosed) on Tuesday.
Wheatfall reverted to the Eagles' injured reserve after going unclaimed on waivers. Now that both parties have come to terms on an injury settlement, he will be able to look for a new landing spot once he is fully recovered from his undisclosed injury.

Eagles' Keric Wheatfall: Reverts to injured reserve
Wheatfall (undisclosed) reverted to the Eagles' injured reserve list after clearing waivers Friday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.
Barring an injury settlement, Wheatfall will be forced to miss the remainder of the season. The rookie wideout signed with Philadelphia as an undrafted free agent after catching 38 passes for 616 yards and four touchdowns during his final collegiate season at Fresno State.

Keric Wheatfall: Let go by Philadelphia
Wheatfall (undisclosed) was waived with an injury designation by the Eagles on Thursday.
Wheatfall joined the Eagles as an undrafted free agent out of Fresno State in May. Since he was waived with an injury designation, he'll revert to IR after clearing waivers. He'll be forced to miss the entire 2022 campaign, unless he can reach an injury settlement with the team.
