  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Snipes goal in loss

Parayko lit the lamp on his only shot in Thursday's 4-2 loss to Utah. Parayko tied the contest at 1-1 late in the first period by ripping one top shelf past Connor Ingram. It was Parayko's fourth marker in his last six games. The right-shot blueliner added three blocks, one hit and a minus-1 rating to go along with a team-high 26:43 of ice time. Parayko is off to a great start in 2024-25, and he should be able to cruise past the 26 points he registered across 82 regular-season games in 2023-24 if he can stay healthy. Overall, the former Stanley Cup champion has logged four goals, five assists and a plus-1 rating through 14 appearances.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Massive three-point game in win

Parayko scored twice and had an assist Saturday in a 4-2 win over Toronto. Parayko bombs are a thing of beauty. Both goals were one-timers -- the first from the right point and the second from the top of the left circle as a Mitch Marner penalty expired. Parayko has three goals and eight points in 12 games this season. If Philip Broberg (lower body) misses time, Parayko will chew up more minutes and power-play time. Check your wire just in case Parayko is lurking there.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Pots first goal in loss

Parayko scored a goal on four shots in Saturday's 5-2 loss to Montreal. Parayko snuck in on the back side from the blue line, putting himself into position to bang away at a rebound twice before sliding it under Sam Montembeault to make it a 2-1 game. The tally was Parayko's first of the season and his fifth point through nine appearances.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Sets up game-winner

Parayko notched an assist, three shots on goal and four blocked shots in Thursday's 5-4 overtime win over the Sharks. Parayko set up Brayden Schenn's goal 45 seconds into overtime, which completed a comeback from a three-goal deficit. The 31-year-old Parayko is the Blues' top shutdown defenseman this year, though he's not a total slouch on offense with four seasons of 30-plus points across his first nine NHL campaigns. Through two contests in 2024-25, he has contributed seven shots on net, seven blocked shots, two hits and a plus-1 rating. Justin Faulk and Philip Broberg have more offensive upside on St. Louis' blue line, but Parayko is a fine all-around option in deeper fantasy formats.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Garners assist Sunday

Parayko registered an assist and blocked four shots in Sunday's 6-5 shootout win over the Ducks. Parayko has two helpers over his last eight outings. The 30-year-old defenseman assisted on Zachary Bolduc's goal just 11 seconds into Sunday's game. Parayko is up to 26 points, 150 shots on net, 109 hits, 205 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 78 appearances. He's been as steady as ever defensively, though his scoring production is low enough to put him on the fringe of fantasy relevance -- he carries more value in formats that reward physical play.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Scores goal in win

Parayko scored a goal on three shots in Thursday's 5-2 victory over the Senators. Parayko was able to close out an 18-game goal drought dating back to Feb. 11 versus Montreal. The blueliner has been shooting the puck more of late, registering 12 shots in his last five outings. As such, he could get that 11th goal to set a new career high after having recorded 10 goals twice in his career.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Shows off two-way game

Parayko supplied a goal and four blocked shots in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Canadiens. Parayko is doing his best to get pucks in the net, as nine of his 20 points have been goals behind a robust 9.1 shooting percentage. The 30-year-old defenseman also has 135 blocked shots through 51 games, which gives fantasy mangers counting on him for defensive contributions an extra boost, albeit not enough to offset the fact that Parayko is largely left off the power play.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Notches 10th assist

Parayko recorded an assist, two shots on net, two hits and two blocked shots across 24:06 of ice time in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win versus the Kings. Parayko posted at least 23 assists in each of the previous two seasons, but he's pacing to miss that mark by a wide margin this season with just 10 assists through 48 games. However, he has already scored eight goals, which is just two shy of his career high. His offensive output will be inconsistent as long as he's left off the power play, though he could fill in with the man advantage while Scott Perunovich (lower body) is out.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Scores shorthanded goal

Parayko scored the game-winning, shorthanded goal in Saturday's 3-0 win over the Capitals. On the penalty kill early in the first period, Parayko intercepted a pass in the defensive zone and took the puck down the ice, sneaking a wrist shot by Charlie Lindgren. It was enough to secure the win for the Blues because of Jordan Binnington's 18-save shutout. This was the first shorthanded goal of Parayko's career. Parayko now has eight goals this season through 44 games, and he's just two goals short of tying his career high.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Notches assist in loss

Parayko posted an assist, a shot on net and three blocked shots across 19:24 of ice time in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Capitals. Parayko continues to log big minutes on the blue line despite being left out of the power-play rotation. His upside is certainly limited because of his lack of power-play minutes, and the 30-year-old has posted just 14 points through 43 games.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Nets sixth goal of 2023-24

Parayko found the back of the net in a 7-5 win over Chicago on Saturday. Parayko's marker came midway through the second period to narrow the Blackhawks' lead to 3-2. It was his sixth goal and 11th point in 33 contests this season. Parayko is a key member of the Blues' defense, entering Saturday's action with an average of 23:00 of ice time, but he's seldom used on the power play and is unlikely to see his offensive pace meaningfully increase as the campaign progresses.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Blocks six shots

Parayko fired two shots on net, dished out a hit and blocked six shots in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Panthers. Parayko has posted five goals through 32 games, which is halfway to his career high of 10 goals, a feat he has reached twice, most recently in the 2019-20 season. The 30-year-old blueliner is averaging 23:30 of ice time on the top pairing, but unfortunately, he's not playing on the power play, which caps his fantasy upside for now.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Helps out twice in victory

Parayko posted two assists in Monday's 2-1 OT road win against the Golden Knights. Parayko ended up with a plus-1 rating, three shots on goal, three blocked shots, a minor penalty and two hits in a game-high 25:56 of ice time. It's been a slow go for the veteran rearguard, and this was actually his first multi-point game of the season. His previous game with two or more points came March 25, when Parayko had three helpers in Anaheim last season.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Bags goal in road win

Parayko scored a goal in Wednesday's 6-5 road victory against the Coyotes. Parayko ended up with a minus-1 rating, but he was able to notch a game-high six shots on goal with three blocked shots and a hit while also notching a game-high 26:04 of ice time. It was just the third goal of the season for Parayko, and he has totaled just five points across 18 games. He'll look to try and carry over the momentum into Friday's game against the visiting Predators.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Finds twine in win

Parayko scored a goal on four shots, went plus-2, added three hits and blocked three shots in Tuesday's 5-0 win over the Lightning. Parayko opened the scoring at 11:09 of the first period. While he hasn't done much on offense this season, the 30-year-old defenseman has a point in each of the last two games. He's up to four points, 23 shots on net, 36 blocked shots, 19 hits and a plus-1 rating through 14 contests overall in a top-pairing role.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Notches assist Saturday

Parayko produced a shorthanded assist, three blocked shots, two hits, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 8-2 win over the Avalanche. Parayko helped out on the first of Pavel Buchnevich's three goals, which came during a penalty kill midway through the second period. While he has just two assists over six games in November, Parayko remains a top-four option on the Blues' blue line. The defenseman has three points, 19 shots on net, 16 hits, 33 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over 13 appearances.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Nets game-winning goal

Parayko supplied a goal in a 4-2 win over Pittsburgh on Saturday. Parayko snapped his season-opening, three-game point drought with a goal midway through the second period. He put the Blues up 3-1 at the time, and it stood up as the game-winner. He had four goals and 27 points in 79 contests last season, and is likely to provide a similar level of offensive production in 2023-24.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Searching for first point

Parayko fired two shots on net and blocked two shots over 21:20 of ice time in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Coyotes. Parayko is pacing the Blues in ice time through three games, but he has yet to mark a point on the scoresheet. The 30-year-old has registered nine blocked shots, six shots on goal and three hits. He looks locked into the top pairing, but without power-play minutes, he's tough to depend on for fantasy purposes.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Contributes helper in win

Parayko recorded an assist in Friday's 5-2 win over the Capitals. Parayko is securely assigned as a top-pairing defenseman for the Blues, averaging 23 minutes of ice time through 65 games. He's produced four goals, 19 assists, 97 hits and 114 blocked shots to render him useful in some of the deeper fantasy leagues, but Parayko lacks power-play utility -- he has just two man-advantage points (both assists) this season -- and that leaves him a fair distance from the elite cast of blueliners.

  • Blues' Colton Parayko: Collects two points in win

Parayko scored a goal on two shots, dished an assist and went plus-4 in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Sharks. Parayko sparked the Blues' comeback by getting them on the board 2:35 into the second period. He also helped out on a Logan Brown go-ahead tally later in the frame. Parayko had picked up just two points over eight outings since his last multi-point effort. He's at four goals, 17 helpers, 107 shots on net, 106 blocked shots, 85 hits and a minus-16 rating through 58 contests overall.
