    Johnston scored a goal and added a power-play assist in Friday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Avalanche. Johnston picked up his fourth multi-point effort in his last five games. The 22-year-old has earned a power-play point in four of those games as well. Johnston is up to a career-high 34 goals with 33 assists, 163 shots on net and a minus-2 rating through 62 appearances this season. He should get a continued look on the top line since Roope Hintz (lower body) is out indefinitely after getting hurt Friday.

  • Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Another two-point effort

    Johnston recorded a power-play goal and an even-strength assist in Tuesday's 6-1 win over the Flames. Johnston didn't crack the scoresheet in the 6-1 win over the Canucks on Monday, but he continued his torrid scoring pace Tuesday with another multi-point effort. He has recorded two or more points in three of his last four games and is up to 65 points (33 goals, 32 assists) across 61 appearances in 2025-26. He's on pace to establish a new career-high mark in points and already tied his previous best in goals with 33, which he established in the 2024-25 regular season.

  • Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Earns two more points Saturday

    Johnston scored a power-play goal on five shots and added an assist in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Predators. Johnston has four points over two games since play resumed following the Olympics. The 22-year-old got the Stars on the board in the second period and helped out on Jason Robertson's game-winning tally in overtime. Johnston is now at 32 goals this season, including 20 on the power play. He's earned 31 of his 63 points with the man advantage while tacking on 157 shots on net, 44 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating. Johnston is on pace to top the 80-point mark for the first time in his four-year career.

    Johnston scored a power-play goal, distributed a power-play assist, fired four shots on net and served two PIM in Friday's 3-2 win over the Blues. Johnston put the Stars on the board less than six minutes into the opening period with his power-play goal before he later slid the primary pass on Matt Duchene's score with a man advantage in the second. Overall, Johnston now has 27 goals, 29 assists, 133 shots on net and 37 blocks through 52 games this season. The 22-year-old center has 13 points in as many games since Dec. 23, which has brought him inside the league's top 20 in points. He hasn't missed a game across his first four seasons at the NHL level, meaning he remains well on pace to post another career year if he can surpass the 71 points he had in 82 regular-season games a year ago.

    Johnston recorded a power-play assist in Tuesday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Canucks. Johnston's six-game goal streak came to an end versus the Penguins on Saturday, and he was also held off the scoresheet Sunday in Minnesota. The 21-year-old center bounced back Tuesday by setting up Mikko Rantanen's opening tally. Johnston is now at 31 goals, 38 assists, 194 shots on net, 44 hits, 44 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 78 appearances. Barring a slump to end the regular season, he'll be able to claim his first 70-point campaign in his third year as an NHLer.
