Penguins' Cody Glass: Acquired in trade
Pittsburgh acquired Glass, a 2025 third-round pick and a 2026 sixth-round selection from Nashville on Tuesday in exchange for Jordan Frasca.
Glass accounted for 14 goals and 35 points in 72 regular-season games during the 2022-23 campaign, but he had trouble staying in the lineup in 2023-24. In 41 appearances last season, he supplied six tallies and 13 points. Glass also didn't see any action during the 2024 playoffs. The 25-year-old forward will get a fresh start in Pittsburgh. Glass will compete for a bottom-six role during training camp.
