Blues' Robert Thomas: Earns two points in Sunday's win
Thomas scored a goal on two shots, dished an assist and went plus-2 in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.
Thomas has a seven-game point streak spanning all of December. He has four multi-point efforts in that span, racking up a total of four goals and nine assists. The 25-year-old center is up to six goals, 23 points, 39 shots on net, 19 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 20 appearances. While he still has a pass-first mentality, fantasy managers should have no problem finding room for a point-per-game center in their lineups.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Extends point streak in defeat
Thomas posted an assist Thursday in a 4-3 loss to the Sharks.
Thomas extended his point streak in December to five games Thursday -- the 25-year-old is on fire with three goals, seven assists and a plus-8 rating during that span. The Ontario native led St. Louis' forward group with 22:00 of ice time, and he also won 56.3 percent of his faceoffs. Thomas has become one of the league's best two-way forwards -- he's only been held off the scoresheet on two occasions over his last 12 games, and his 1:21 of shorthanded ice time per game is second-most among the club's forwards. The playmaking center is leading the team with 15 helpers, and he's up to 20 points through 18 games. Thomas is the only player on the Blues producing at more than a point-per-game pace.

Thomas is up to three goals, 12 points, 29 shots on net, 14 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 14 outings. Blues' Robert Thomas: First goal since return from injury
Thomas scored the game-winning goal in a 3-0 victory over New Jersey on Wednesday.

The 25-year-old is up to one goal, eight assists (three on the power play), 19 shots on net, 11 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 10 appearances this season. He's been able to replicate his improved shooting volume from 2023-24, so the goals should eventually follow, even though he's lit the lamp once so far this campaign.

Thomas notched a power-play assist, two shots on goal, two blocked shots and a minus-2 rating in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Wild.

The center has seven points (one goal, six assists), 14 shots on net, eight blocked shots and a minus-4 rating through eight contests overall. Thomas also won 14 of 23 faceoffs Tuesday and has a 62.4 percent win rate at the dot this season, by far the best mark of his career, albeit with plenty of the campaign left to play.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Suffers fractured ankle
Thomas will be out for at least six weeks after suffering a fractured ankle against Winnipeg on Tuesday. As a result, the team designated him for injured reserve.
Thomas will be out of action until at least early December, though it could certainly be longer considering he will need to get back up to speed once cleared to resume skating. It's a huge blow for both the Blues and Thomas, as the 25-year-old center was rolling early in the season with six points through seven outings. In his stead, both Pavel Buchnevich and Brayden Schenn could be candidates to take over the first-line center role.

Thomas scored a goal on two shots and went minus-2 in Friday's 4-3 loss to the Golden Knights.
Thomas scored with 4:56 left in regulation, but the Blues weren't able to tie the game. The 25-year-old has found the scoresheet in all three contests this season, picking up a goal, three assists and five shots on net. He continues to center the Blues' top line, and after putting up 26 goals and 60 assists in 82 regular-season contests in 2023-24, Thomas has plenty of fantasy upside.

Thomas set up Justin Faulk for the game-tying goal, and he had a secondary helper on Brayden Schenn's game-winner in overtime. Through two contests, Thomas is already in peak playmaking form with three assists. The 25-year-old center is in a top-line role and should continue to be one of the Blues' most reliable sources of offense.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Two helpers in overtime win
Thomas provided two assists and went plus-2 in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Stars.
Thomas set up a Philip Broberg goal in the third period and also found Jordan Kyrou for the game-winner 1:43 into overtime. After taking a large step forward with 26 goals and 60 assists over 82 games last season, Thomas is firmly entrenched as the Blues' No. 1 center. The playmaking pivot should again push for a point-per-game pace while seeing ample power-play time, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to add much outside of the scoring categories.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Tallies lone goal in shootout loss
Thomas scored a goal on two shots in Wednesday's 2-1 shootout loss to the Stars.
Thomas had a great April with three goals and nine assists over eight contests. That puts a bow on a career year for the Blues' top-line center -- he finished with 26 goals, 86 points, 170 shots on net, 47 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating over 82 outings. Thomas won't ever be a shoot-first player, but his growth in that regard should have him in consideration as a middle-round pick in fantasy drafts in the fall.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Two helpers Friday
Thomas picked up two assists, one on the power play, in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
The 24-year-old center put together his fourth straight multi-point performance, but it wasn't enough to keep the Blues' faint playoff hopes alive. Thomas is up to a career-high 85 points (25 goals, 60 assists) through 80 games on the season, and the eight-year, $65 million contract extension he signed in July 2022 is looking a little more palatable than it did this time last year.
