Marchenko notched two assists in Saturday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Mammoth. Marchenko helped out on third-period goals by linemates Adam Fantilli and Mason Marchment to force overtime. During his four-game point streak, Marchenko has produced two goals and five assists, as well as 11 shots on net and a plus-2 rating. The 25-year-old winger is up to 54 points, 165 shots on net, 44 hits, 31 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating across 56 outings this season.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Plays OT hero in three-point night

Marchenko scored two goals, one on the power play and the other the overtime winner, and added an even-strength assist in Monday's 5-4 victory over the Rangers. After picking up two points in the first period, Marchenko ended the night by beating Igor Shesterkin on the short side just over a minute into the extra frame. The 25-year-old winger is up to 50 points (22 goals, 28 assists) on the season in only 53 games as he surges toward a career-best campaign, and it's possible he could find another gear down the stretch if Columbus' special teams improve -- Marchenko's power-play goal was his first since Dec. 22, and just his fourth of 2025-26.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Reaches 20-goal mark

Marchenko scored a goal on two shots and added two PIM in Thursday's 4-2 loss to the Bruins. Marchenko missed the Blue Jackets' last two games before the Olympic break due to an illness. The 25-year-old winger returned with 19:43 of ice time Thursday, his most in any game since Jan. 10 versus the Avalanche. He's now at 20 goals, 47 points, 154 shots on net, 40 hits and 30 blocked shots over 51 outings. Marchenko is a key part of the Columbus offense and should be in most fantasy lineups.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Set to play Thursday

Marchenko (lower body) will play against Boston on Thursday, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports. Before the NHL's pause for the 2026 Winter Olympics, Marchenko missed two games due to illness. He also sat out the team's first two practices because of a lower-body issue. However, he has been a regular on the top line during the Blue Jackets' recent sessions. Marchenko has registered 19 goals, 46 points, 152 shots on net, 30 blocked shots and 40 hits across 50 appearances this season.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Not playing Wednesday

Marchenko (illness) won't play versus the Blackhawks on Wednesday, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports. Marchenko will miss his second straight game, but he was expected to skate Wednesday. Danton Heinen will stay in the lineup to face the Blackhawks, while Marchenko will presumably be fine by the time the Blue Jackets' schedule resumes Feb. 26 versus the Bruins.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Game-time call Wednesday

Marchenko (illness) is slated to be a game-time decision Wednesday against Chicago, per Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers. Marchenko missed Tuesday's 3-0 win over New Jersey. He has 19 goals and 46 points in 50 outings in 2025-26. If Marchenko can return to the lineup against the Blackhawks, Danton Heinen could be a healthy scratch, and Isac Lundestrom will probably return to the fourth line.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Dealing with illness

Marchenko didn't practice due to an illness Monday and could miss Tuesday's game versus New Jersey, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports. Marchenko's potential absence could see Isac Lundestrom move up to the first line and Kent Johnson to the No. 1 power-play unit. The 25-year-old Marchenko is currently riding a four-game point streak, during which he has notched one goal on nine shots and four assists.

Marchenko continues to be one of the team's most consistent scorers with 19 goals, 44 points, 149 shots on net and a plus-5 rating over 48 appearances this season. Marchenko had a hand in the tying goal by Charlie Coyle and the game-winner by Dmitri Voronkov. Through six outings in January, Marchenko has picked up two goals and four assists, continuing a hot stretch that started in late December. • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Two points in OT loss

Marchenko scored a goal and added an assist in Sunday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Penguins. Marchenko recorded both of his contributions in the first period, assisting on Mason Marchment's goal and later adding a tally of his own at the 18:38 mark with a snap shot. Marchenko is up to 15 goals and 18 assists on the season, and he's firmly established as one of the Blue Jackets' most reliable scoring weapons while also seeing plenty of opportunities to produce due to his top-six role.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Nets another goal Monday

Marchenko scored a goal on five shots in Monday's 4-1 win over the Senators. Marchenko has four goals and 12 shots over his last three games. The 25-year-old winger is up to 14 goals, 30 points, 104 shots on net, 30 hits, 20 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 34 appearances this season. He's a bit behind the pace that saw him generate 31 goals and 74 points over 79 appearances in 2024-25, but he remains a highly productive part of the Blue Jackets' top six.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Scores twice vs. Islanders

Marchenko scored two goals and took five shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Islanders. Marchenko came through at clutch times for the Blue Jackets in this win, opening the scoring in the first period and later depositing the game-winning goal in the final frame. Marchenko has three goals in his last two contests, and that stretch snapped a seven-game goal drought between Dec. 7 and Dec. 20. The 25-year-old forward is up to 13 goals and 29 points in 33 games this season.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Strikes on power play

Marchenko scored a power-play goal on two shots in Monday's 3-1 win over the Kings. Marchenko's tally ended a four-game slide for the winger. The 25-year-old could see his ice time dip a bit after the Blue Jackets acquired Mason Marchment from the Kraken on Friday, but there should still be plenty of room for Marchenko to make a regular impact on offense. For the season, he's produced 11 goals, 27 points (11 on the power play), 94 shots on net, 28 hits and a plus-3 rating over 32 appearances.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Playing against Wings

Marchenko (knee) will be in the lineup versus Detroit on Thursday, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports. Marchenko will return to action after a four-game stint on the sidelines due to his knee problem. While the Russian winger was mired in an eight-game goal drought prior to getting hurt, he did generate six helpers and 14 shots over that stretch. A clash with a Red Wings squad that is giving up 3.41 goals per game could be what Marchenko needs to get back into the goal column.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Game-time call Thursday

Marchenko's (knee) status for Thursday's matchup versus Detroit will be determined closer to puck drop, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports. Marchenko looks poised to return following a four-game stint on the shelf due to his knee injury, though he hasn't officially been given the all-clear. Prior to his absence, the winger was struggling to find the back of the net, going goalless in his last eight outings -- though he did chip in six helpers over that stretch, including three with the man advantage.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Hurt during morning skate

Marchenko (undisclosed) left the morning skate with an apparent injury, and it's unclear if he will play against Washington on Monday, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports. Marchenko is undergoing an evaluation, and his availability may not be known until after pregame warmups. He has compiled eight goals, 22 points, 65 shots on net, 15 blocked shots and 19 hits in 22 appearances this season. If Marchenko is unavailable to play against the Capitals, Zach Aston-Reese will likely return to the lineup, while Yegor Chinakhov will probably occupy a top-six role.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Rings up three points in loss

Marchenko scored twice on four shots and added an assist in Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Canucks. The Blue Jackets' top line accounted for all of the team's offense, with Marchenko's two goals and one more tally from Dmitri Voronkov. This performance extended Marchenko's point streak to seven games (three goals, six assists). He's been held off the scoresheet just twice all year, but this was just his second multi-point effort. The 25-year-old is up to eight goals, eight helpers, 51 shots on net, 13 hits, 11 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating through 14 appearances.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Finds back of net again

Marchenko scored his fourth goal of the season and recorded five shots on net in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Devils. The goal was an absolute beauty. With the Blue Jackets stuck in their own zone midway through the second period, Marchenko picked Jack Hughes' pocket at the blue line, skated the length of the ice for a clear breakaway and went top shelf on Jake Allen, who later left the game due to cramping. Only Vegas' Pavel Dorofeyev has scored more goals over the early part of the 2025-26 schedule than Marchenko. After setting new career highs with 31 tallies and 74 points over 79 regular-season games last year, the 25-year-old Marchenko may not have found his ceiling yet.

  • Blue Jackets' Kirill Marchenko: Not playing Tuesday

Marchenko (undisclosed) won't suit up for Tuesday's exhibition game against the Capitals, per Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site. Head coach Dean Evason said that Marchenko is "banged up a little bit, but it's nothing serious," according to Svoboda. Columbus closes out its preseason slate Saturday against the Capitals, so Marchenko will have one more opportunity to get some tune-up work in after Tuesday's matchup. At this point, it doesn't seem as if the Russian winger is in danger of missing the start of the 2025-26 regular season.
