Fantilli has stepped up since the Olympic break, earning six goals and four assists over his last nine outings. Fantilli's assist was added after a late scoring change, giving him credit for the secondary helper on Kirill Marchenko's goal in overtime. While he got off to a slow start offensively to begin the campaign, he has dialed in his scoring prowess since the calendar flipped to 2026, with 14 points over his last 18 games. Fantilli has also leveled up his rate of producing category-coverage stats this season, making him an underrated option in most standard fantasy formats for the remainder of the season.

The goal snapped a 17-game goal drought; Fantilli's last snipe came against the Ducks on Dec. 16. It was also his first multi-point game since Dec. 4. Fantilli hasn't taken the next offensive step forward with his game, and he's likely to deliver a similar total as last season (54). His goal scoring is down, though -- he delivered 31 snipes last season, but he's on pace for ten fewer this year. Fantilli is an aggressive, talented top-line pivot who is a gifted playmaker, and he's showing more of that gift this season. He has 13 goals, 20 assists, 140 shots and 71 hits in 51 games in 2025-26.

Fantilli has lacked the finishing touch for a few weeks, but his helper Sunday was his sixth over the last 12 games.
