He's coming off of an excellent campaign, maintaining a 2.61 ERA and 0.87 WHIP across 62 frames while also earning 24 holds during the 2025 regular season.

This marked Raley's first year of arbitration eligibility. He took a significant step back in 2025, logging only a .630 OPS across 219 plate appearances while also dealing with oblique and back injuries. Raley projects to begin 2026 in a reserve role for Seattle.

Brash and the Mariners agreed to a one-year contract to avoid arbitration on Thursday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.
Brash has been a key high-leverage reliever for the Mariners across the last two seasons, racking up a combined eight saves and 46 holds. He should serve in a similar capacity in 2026, working as the primary setup man to Andres Munoz. This was Brash's first year of arbitration eligibility.

Mariners' George Kirby: Avoids arbitration with M's
Kirby signed a one-year, $6.55 million contract with the Mariners on Thursday to avoid arbitration, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
Kirby turned in the worst statistical season of his four-year MLB career in 2025, logging a 4.21 ERA and 1.19 WHIP over 126 regular-season innings, although his 9.8 K/9 marked a new personal best for the 27-year-old righty. Mariners' Randy Arozarena: Reaches $15.65 million deal
Arozarena agreed to a one-year, $15.65 million contract with the Mariners on Thursday, avoiding arbitration, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
Arozarena is receiving a raise of more than $5 million for his final year of arbitration eligibility in 2026. The 30-year-old outfielder posted a .238/.334/.426 slash line with 27 homers, 31 stolen bases, 76 RBI and 95 runs in 160 games during the 2025 regular season.

Mariners' Patrick Wisdom: Signed to NRI deal by Seattle
The Mariners signed Wisdom to a minor-league contract Wednesday that includes an invitation to spring training, Aram Leighton of JustBaseball.com reports.
Wisdom will return to the states after a year in Korea, where he slashed .236/.321/.535 with 35 home runs for the Kia Tigers. The Mariners have an opening at third base, but Wisdom is a long shot to earn significant playing time with the big club. He's a career .209/.291/.459 hitter over parts of seven big-league seasons.

Mariners' Cole Young: Won't be blocked by outside add
Young is expected to see the majority of playing time at second base for the Mariners in 2026 even if the team acquires a second baseman from outside the organization, Ken Rosenthal and Will Sammon of The Athletic report.
The Mariners remain very high on Young even after he had just a .607 OPS in 257 plate appearances during his rookie season. Young is just 22, but the Mariners appear committed to giving him some leash in the majors in 2026. It seemingly makes a trade for Ketel Marte unlikely, and if Brendan Donovan is acquired, he would be in line to see the bulk of his reps at a position other than second base.

Mariners' Rob Refsnyder: Inks $6.25M deal with Seattle
The Mariners signed Refsnyder to a one-year, $6.25 million contract Monday, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.
Refsnyder slashed a robust .312/.407/.516 versus left-handed pitching during his four seasons with the Red Sox, and it should be against southpaws that he sees most of his playing time with the Mariners. He's capable of handling all three outfield spots, and while Refsnyder does have past infield experience, he hasn't played on the dirt regularly since 2017.

Mariners' Brennen Davis: Signs NRI deal with Seattle
The Mariners signed Davis to a minor-league contract Thursday that includes an invitation to spring training, Aram Leighton of JustBaseball.com reports.
Davis missed time with injuries again in 2025 while in the Yankees organization, but he was productive when on the field, slashing .248/.324/.576 with 12 homers in 36 contests at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. The former top prospect is likely headed back to the Triple-A level again to start 2026, but he will compete in spring training for a roster spot with the big club.
