Packers' Jordan Morgan: Ready for Week 1
Morgan (shoulder) was left off the Packers' injury report Wednesday ahead of Friday's Week 1 contest against the Eagles.
Morgan missed all of Green Bay's preseason games due to a shoulder injury, but it now appears he's moved past the issue. Now that Morgan has returned to full health, the 2024 first-round pick out of Arizona is expected to start at right guard for Green Bay in his NFL debut Friday in Brazil.

Packers' Jordan Morgan: Will work through individual drills
Head coach Matt LeFleur said Thursday that Morgan (shoulder) will be evaluated for the possibility of taking part in team drills, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.
The shoulder injury has prevented Morgan from playing in either of the Packers' two preseason games, but he's been able to work through individual drills in recent practices. The rookie first-round pick is projected to serve as Green Bay's starting right guard, but Sean Rhyan and Royce Newman are candidates to step into that role if Morgan isn't able to suit up for Week 1 against Philadelphia.

Packers' Jordan Morgan: Limited in practice Tuesday
Morgan (shoulder) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.
Head coach Mike LaFleur said after Tuesday's session that Morgan, who has missed practices due to a shoulder injury, will be eased back into training camp. Depending on how his body responds to his return to practice, Morgan may be held out of the Packers next preseason game against the Broncos on Sunday.

Packers' Jordan Morgan: Donning the Green and Gold
The Packers selected Morgan in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, 25th overall.
Green Bay is set at quarterback and has a young corps at receiver, so the front office turned its attention to bolstering the offensive line. Morgan is a highly experienced player with 41 career games played and 37 starts, all of which came at left tackle. Scouts believe that Morgan can play tackle in the NFL but that his best fit would be at guard due to his 32 and 7/8-inch arms, which are in the eighth percentile among tackles. Green Bay can elect to have Morgan compete with Rasheed Walker at tackle or at either guard spot.
