Burns will hit free agency after spending the 2024 campaign on Atlanta's reserve-PUP list with an undisclosed injury. The fullback has yet to make his NFL debut after wrapping up his college career with UConn in 2022.

However, there is a good chance that Burns sticks with the team as a member of the practice squad.
