Oweh (calf) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles, Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site reports.
Oweh was a limited participant in practice throughout Week 1. Even though the linebacker was unable to log a full practice, he has been cleared of any injury designation. Oweh is set to start on the edge opposite K'Lavon Chaisson.

Oweh (calf) was a limited participant at the Commanders' practice Thursday.
Oweh has been limited at back-to-back practices to open the week as he continues to work his way back from a calf injury he suffered in mid-August. The linebacker will have one more chance to log a full session Friday before the team's begins the regular season on the road in Philadelphia on Sunday.

Commanders' Odafe Oweh: Participates in walkthrough
Oweh (calf) took part in the Commanders' walk-through session Monday, JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington reports.
The linebacker has been nursing the calf issue since mid-August. Now that he has returned to some on-field work, he may have a chance to play in the team's season opener against Philadelphia on Sunday. Oweh signed a four-year, $96-million contract with the Commanders in the offseason.

Commanders' Odafe Oweh: Absent due to injury
Oweh (undisclosed) did not participate in Tuesday's practice, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Oweh did not play in last Friday's preseason opener against the Dolphins, so it is unclear when the linebacker sustained his injury. A significant injury for the 27-year-old would be a serious issue for the Commanders, as the team just signed the weakside linebacker to a four-year $100 million deal in early March. With fellow edge rusher K'Lavon Chaisson (undisclosed) also sitting with an injury, Joshua Josephs, Javontae Jean-Baptiste and Drake Jackson are set to see more first-team reps for the immediate future.
