Packers' Sean Rhyan: Gets new deal with Green Bay
Rhyan (knee) agreed to a three-year, $33 million contract worth up to $39 million with the Packers on Sunday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Rhyan finished the 2025 campaign as the Packers' starting center after Elgton Jenkins suffered a season-ending lower-leg injury in early November. The 2022 third-round pick started 28 of 34 regular-season games along Green Bay's offensive line over the last two years, and he'll likely remain as the starting center in 2026.

Packers' Sean Rhyan: No ligament damage in knee
Rhyan (knee) suffered a bone bruise in his knee but doesn't have any ligament damage, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Rhyan was listed with a knee injury on the injury report down the stretch, but that didn't stop him from starting seven of the Packers' last eight regular-season games, as well as the team's playoff loss to the Bears in the wild-card round. The pending unrestricted free agent's injury is unlikely to impact his market.

Packers' Sean Rhyan: Questionable for Week 17
Rhyan (knee) is questionable to play Saturday versus the Ravens, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official website reports.
Rhyan was a limited participant at the team's first official practice Wednesday before sitting out Thursday's session. The offensive lineman is dealing with a knee issue, and if he's unavailable for Week 17, Jacob Monk would be the top candidate to start at center against Baltimore.

Packers' Sean Rhyan: Handling right guard duties
Rhyan should see all snaps at right guard due to Jordan Morgan being out with a shoulder injury Sunday against the Colts, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Rhyan and Morgan were sharing snaps before Morgan went out, per Demovsky. Both were helping the run-heavy Packers attack record more than 200 rushing yards against the Colts.

Packers' Sean Rhyan: Suspended for six games
Rhyan was suspended six games Friday for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Rhyan, a rookie third-round pick, has appeared in only one game this season (Nov. 6 against the Lions) and saw just one special-teams snap. Unless the Packers can make an improbable run to the playoffs, Rhyan's first NFL campaign is over.
