  • Buccaneers' Tez Johnson: No output over 34 snaps

Johnson failed to draw a target in the Buccaneers' 24-20 loss to the Saints on Sunday.

Johnson went without a target for the first time in his nascent career, despite the fact he logged a solid 34 snaps (46 percent). He now has one or zero catches in three of the last four contests, and with Mike Evans (collarbone) and Jalen McMillan (neck) seemingly on the verge of activation from injured reserve, the rookie could have an even more difficult path to targets down the stretch.

  • Buccaneers' Tez Johnson: One catch in Week 13

Johnson caught one of two targets for five yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over the Cardinals.

Johnson was an afterthought on offense against Arizona, garnering his fewest looks since Week 4. The wide receiver has now posted two one-catch performances over the last three contests. In the last four weeks, he's caught nine of 14 targets for 74 yards, but his fantasy value has been boosted by three scores. Johnson will look to get back into the end zone against New Orleans in Week 14.

  • Buccaneers' Tez Johnson: Five touches, TD in big loss

Johnson brought in three of four targets for 21 yards and a touchdown while adding two rushes for 12 yards in the Buccaneers' 34-7 loss to the Rams on Sunday night.

Johnson logged a hefty 86 percent snap share (60 snaps), just three fewer than Emeka Egbuka, but he put together a modest performance overall in a game Baker Mayfield exited early with a shoulder injury. Johnson still found his way to his fifth career touchdown grab on a 14-yard reception with just over five minutes remaining in the first half. Johnson has multiple catches in four of the last five contests, and it was encouraging to see him retain a robust role even during the return of Chris Godwin (fibula). Johnson could cede some snaps to Godwin in a Week 13 home matchup against the Cardinals as Godwin continues to ease back in, but the rookie should still slot in as no worse than the No. 3 receiver while working with either Mayfield or Teddy Bridgewater as his quarterback.

  • Buccaneers' Tez Johnson: Minimal production on four touches

Johnson brought in one of three targets for six yards and rushed three times for no gain in the Buccaneers' 44-32 loss to the Bills on Sunday.

Despite Chris Godwin (fibula) logging another absence and Johnson logging the second-most snaps (58) among the Bucs' wide receivers, the latter couldn't extend what had been a productive five-game run. The rookie's 18-247-4 line on 27 targets in that span appeared to be a distant memory against a stingy Bills secondary, and if Godwin, who practiced on a limited basis during Week 11 prep, manages to suit up for a Week 12 Sunday night road showdown with the Rams, Johnson could be relegated to a No. 4 receiver role in that contest.

  • Buccaneers' Tez Johnson: Two TD grabs in Week 10 loss

Johnson brought in four of five targets for 42 yards and two touchdowns in the Buccaneers' 28-23 loss to the Patriots on Sunday.

Johnson finished a distant third on Tampa Bay in receiving yards and tied for third in targets, but he made a significant impact by recording 10- and 11-yard touchdown grabs in the second half. The rookie has scored his first four career TDs in the last four games, and he's drawn between five and nine targets in the last three contests. Johnson's elevated role should continue in a Week 11 road matchup against the Bills, considering Chris Godwin (fibula) is likely to remain sidelined alongside Mike Evans (IR, collarbone/concussion).
