The Ravens placed Higgins (knee) on injured reserve Saturday.
Higgins was injured in last Sunday's win over the Vikings and was given a multi-week timetable for return, so his placement on injured reserve makes sense. Higgins has seen all of his action on special teams this season, logging six tackles (three solo) on 152 snaps.

Higgins (knee) is expected to be sidelined for some time, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Higgins suffered a knee injury in the team's 27-19 win over the Vikings on Sunday, but it's not expected to be a season-ending issue for the linebacker. Head coach John Harbaugh confirmed the injury Monday, and it's unclear exactly how long Higgins is expected to be sidelined.
