  Moore went 0-for-3 with a walk, a hit-by-pitch, a stolen base and two runs in a win over the Rangers on Saturday. Moore managed to still make an impact during a hitless effort, ringing up his 31st steal of the campaign and scoring on both occasions during which he reached safely. The 32-year-old has hit just .214 over 35 plate appearances in September, but he boasts a .343 on-base percentage in that same span thanks largely to a 14.3 percent walk rate.

  Moore went 1-for-2 with two walks and a stolen base in a win over the Yankees on Thursday. Moore had his most active game offensively since Sept. 4 by getting on base three times, and he added his 30th steal of the campaign. Despite Thursday's busy night, Moore has had an unremarkable month thus far, hitting .250 with two extra-base hits, four RBI, four walks, two stolen bases and two runs across 29 plate appearances over 13 games in September.

  Moore went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in a win over the Cardinals on Friday. Moore slugged a two-run shot in the sixth inning to extend the Mariners' lead to 3-0, giving him his second straight two-RBI effort. The round tripper also snapped a 31-game homerless drought for Moore, who'd last left the yard July 26. The veteran sports a .701 OPS for the season despite the drag of a .205 average, as he's knocked 36 of his 69 hits for extra bases and sports an 11.0 percent walk rate.

• Mariners' Dylan Moore: Swipes bag, drives in two

  Moore went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in Wednesday's win over Oakland. Moore drove home Luis Urias with a two-out RBI single in the fourth before going on to swipe his 29th bag of the campaign and his sixth over his last 10 games (though he only started in eight of those contests). The utility man would later add a double and a sacrifice fly during a seven-run seventh inning for Seattle, marking his second-straight start in which he logged multiple hits. Moore has also hit safely in four of his last six starts, batting .352 (6-for-17) over those games with three doubles, two RBI and five runs scored.

• Mariners' Dylan Moore: Returning to bench Sunday

  Moore is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels. Moore had started each of the last four games while going 3-for-11 with two doubles and a stolen base, but he'll retreat to the bench while the Angels send right-hander Caden Dana to the hill. The utility man should continue to pick up regular starts against left-handed pitching, but his playing time versus righties may be more sporadic in September.
