  • Sanchez went 3-for-6 with a walk and a stolen base in Thursday's extra-innings win over Minnesota. Sanchez drew a walk in the fifth inning and then reached base on singles in each of his next three trips to the plate, but he was left stranded on each occasion. He was, however, able to swipe his 15th bag of the season and his fifth in the month of September while also extending his hitting streak to five games. The performance marked Sanchez's eighth game this season in which he tallied three or more hits. On the downside, he's struck out multiple times in three straight contests.
