Snider (3-4) was charged with the extra-inning loss against the Yankees on Wednesday, allowing an unearned run on one hit over two innings. He struck out three. Snider was a tough-luck loser and victim of the Mariners' offensive ineptitude Wednesday, as he put together a near-perfect outing that saw him throw 17 of 20 pitches for strikes. However, the right-hander faltered in the 10th inning by allowing a leadoff double to Anthony Rizzo, which plated phantom runner Jasson Dominguez to snap a 1-1 tie. Snider has given up just one earned run over his last 9.2 innings (nine appearances), and although he does have four holds to show for it, he's also taken two of his four losses on the season during that stretch.

Snider (3-3) took the loss against the Rangers on Thursday, allowing three runs (one earned) on two hits over two-thirds of an inning. Snider was entrusted with protecting a 4-2 lead when he entered in the seventh inning, but he allowed a one-out solo home run to Marcus Semien and was charged with two further unearned runs due to a Luke Raley error. Snider saw a six-appearance scoreless streak snapped, while the loss was his first since Aug. 14. The right-hander has been one of the most trusted members of the Mariners' bullpen since coming up for good in late June, as he's carrying a 1.49 ERA across 36.1 innings.

Snider (3-2) got the extra-inning win over the Giants on Friday, firing a scoreless 10th inning during which he issued an intentional walk and recorded two strikeouts. Snider was called on to preserve a 5-5 tie in the 10th after Andres Munoz had struck out the side in the ninth, and the former responded with a crisp showing of his own. The right-hander lowered his season ERA to a stellar 0.98 with what was his 13th consecutive appearance without surrendering an earned run, and he now has four multi-strikeout tallies in his last nine trips to the mound.

Snider (2-2) took the extra-inning loss against the Tigers on Wednesday, allowing an unearned run on a hit and a walk while recording one strikeout over one-third of an inning. Snider allowed a game-winning double to pinch hitter Akil Baddoo just three batters into his 10th-inning stint on the mound. The right-hander hasn't allowed an earned run in his last 10 appearances, although he's invited some trouble by surrendering at least one hit in six of those outings and issuing a free pass in three of them as well. Nevertheless, Snider's impressive swing-and-miss stuff seems to get him out of jams more often than not, as he boasts a 10.1 K/9 and 1.13 ERA across 24 innings this season.

Snider (1-1) got the win against the White Sox on Saturday, allowing two hits and recording a strikeout over a scoreless inning. Snider got an early fifth-inning call after starter Bryan Woo exited following 70 pitches due to hamstring tightness. Snider navigated some trouble in his one frame, wiggling out of a jam by retiring Andrew Vaughn and Andrew Benintendi with men on second and third. The 28-year-old right-hander now has scoreless efforts in five of the last six appearances, and he's whittled his ERA back down to an elite 1.59 across 17 innings.
