Langford went 1-for-5 with a walk-off grand slam in Tuesday's 7-4 win over the Yankees. The Rangers were able to load the bases in the bottom of the ninth inning, and Langford delivered a grand slam for his first career walk-off homer. He's up to 10 homers this year, four of which he's swatted over his last 17 games. In that span, he's gone 17-for-61 (.279) with 16 RBI, 11 runs scored and a stolen base. The rookie outfielder has a .243/.313/.382 slash line with 60 RBI, 52 runs scored and 12 steals over 111 contests.

Langford went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a double in Monday's loss to the Yankees. Langford brought Texas to within four runs with his two-run blast in the seventh inning. The multi-hit effort was his first in over a week -- the rookie outfielder had gone 3-for-20 over his previous six games. Langford hasn't lived up to the hype that carried many Rookie of the Year predictions prior to the start of the season, but he hasn't completely withered in his first foray against major-league pitching, slashing .244/.314/.377 with nine homers, 56 RBI, 51 runs and 12 stolen bases along with a mature 20.6 percent strikeout rate through 452 plate appearances.

Langford went 2-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and a stolen base in Wednesday's 1-0 win over the Pirates. After eight-and-half innings of a scoreless tie, Langford delivered a two-out RBI single in the bottom of the ninth for the walk-off win. It gave the Rangers their first series win since a sweep of the White Sox in July. The rookie outfielder earlier stole his 12th base of the season and is batting .243/.313/.679 with seven home runs, 50 RBI and 45 runs scored over 101 games.
