Crews went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, two steals and two additional runs scored during the Nationals' 7-6 win over the Mets on Friday. It was the second time in three games that Crews logged two steals, and his solo homer in the seventh ended up being the game-winning run for the Nationals. Crews went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in a loss to the Padres on Monday. Crews finished with two of Washington's five total hits, and he accounted for the team's only runs with a two-run blast in the sixth inning. It hasn't been a smooth campaign for the 24-year-old, as he's slashing just .220/.290/.371 through 93 contests. However, his bat has come alive a bit of late, as Crews is batting .313 (5-for-16) with four extra-base hits (three doubles and Monday's homer) over his past four games.

The outfielder is still getting fairly steady playing time between center field and right field. Crews is batting just .220 with a .654 OPS, 10 home runs, nine steals, 35 RBI, 46 runs scored, 17 doubles and one triple over 91 contests this season.

Crews went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in Thursday's 7-0 win over the Cubs. Crews opened the scoring in the fourth inning with an RBI double off Kevin Gausman. He added a single an inning later, stole second base and came around to score one batter later during Washington's five-run frame. The multi-hit effort was a welcome sight after Crews entered Thursday batting just .140 across 11 August games. Through 293 plate appearances this season, he owns a .218/.290/.372 slash line with 10 home runs, 11 doubles, 27 RBI, 40 runs and eight stolen bases.
