Keaschall will undergo Tommy John surgery on his right elbow, Bobby Nightengale of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Keaschall has battled elbow problems for much of the season, although it hasn't affected his production as the 21-year-old is slashing .303/.420/.483 with 15 homers and 23 stolen bases between High-A Cedar Rapids and Double-A Wichita. Because he's a position player, having the surgery now will give Keaschall a shot to be recovered in time for spring training. Assuming he's healthy, Keaschall could debut for the Twins in 2025.
