Fortes went 2-for-3 with a solo home run and a sacrifice fly during Monday's 9-6 loss to the Diamondbacks. Fortes' streak of at-bats without a home run came was snapped at 139 when the catcher tagged Brandon Pfaadt for a solo shot in the third inning. In three games since being activated from the injured list, Fortes is 3-for-9 with three RBI. He's slashing .223/.247/.308 with three home runs across 240 plate appearances this season.
