Cooper went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 6-2 loss to the Mets.

Cooper sent a solo shot off Robert Gsellman in the ninth inning in a brief comeback attempt that ultimately fell short. He's gone deep three times in the last four games, raising his OPS to .883 in 221 plate appearances this season.

The Blue Jays optioned Tellez to Triple-A Buffalo following Sunday's 4-2 loss to the Yankees, Scott Mitchell of TSN.ca reports.

Tellez struck out as a pinch hitter in his lone at-bat of the game. With Tellez on the bench for the third time in five games and having seen his playing time drop steadily for the past couple of weeks, manager Charlie Montoyo indicated that a move to Buffalo will allow the first baseman/designated hitter to receive regular at-bats and refine his plate approach. Tellez will likely be back up with the Blue Jays when rosters expand in September, if not sooner.

Olson went 2-for-4 with an RBI single, a double, a walk and three runs in a win over the White Sox on Saturday.

Olson crossed the plate more than any other teammate during the Athletics' 13-run outburst, and his multi-hit effort extended his hitting streak to nine games. Olson already has seven RBI over his first eight games of July as well, and he's knocked in 27 of his 39 runs for the season since June 1.

Cron (thumb) was on the field Sunday and took part in some baserunning drills, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Since he's dealing with a thumb injury, Cron's activity on the basepaths won't have much bearing on his recovery timeline, but his presence on the field at least suggests the Twins are preparing for a fairly brief absence. Cron is eligible to return from the 10-day injured list Tuesday and could be activated shortly after the minimum of time if he's able to take batting practice without any complications this week.

Hoskins went 2-for-3 with two doubles, a walk and two runs Saturday in the Phillies' 4-3 loss to the Nationals.

After reaching base three times, Hoskins now carries a .404 OBP into Sunday's series finale, when he'll again be occupying the cleanup spot for the Phillies, per Meghan Montemurro of The Athletic. Though the Phillies are just 3-5 through the first eight games of July, Hoskins hasn't been at fault for the team's struggles. Over that stretch, he's mashed six doubles and a home run to go with a 10:7 BB:K.

Votto is not in the lineup for Sunday's game at Colorado, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Votto was ejected late in Saturday's contest, but it's no major surprise to see him receive the day off given the three-hour rain delay pushed the game into the early hours of Sunday morning. Derek Dietrich will start at first base and bat cleanup in his absence.

Diaz is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Orioles, Josh Tolentino of The Athletic reports.

Diaz started both games of Saturday's doubleheader, going 2-for-8 with a solo home run, double, walk and two runs. He'll likely just be getting a maintenance day in the series finale as Mike Brosseau fills in for him at the hot corner.

Tellez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

He'll sit for the third time in five games and looks to have slipped into a part-time role now that Justin Smoak and Randal Grichuk are healthy again after recent bouts with injuries. Since the beginning of June, Tellez has slashed just .216/.260/.423 with five home runs in 28 games.

Votto went 2-for-6 with a a double, two runs and an RBI in Saturday's 17-9 win over the Rockies before being ejected in the ninth inning for arguing balls and strikes.

Votto's turn in the order never came up again after his ejection, so being run from the game early didn't cost him any extra at-bats. Before exiting, Votto matched his hit total from the previous four games combined, raising his season average to .265 in the process. That average is his lowest since 2014, but it's Votto's decline in the power department that has been the greater blight on his overall fantasy value.

Calhoun went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and another run scored in Saturday's 9-2 win over the Mariners.

Calhoun reached the 20-homer plateau for only the second time in his career with his second-inning solo shot. He also scored on a David Fletcher single in the fourth inning. The 31-year old has recorded multiple hits in five of his last eight games, going 12-for-36 with three homers and seven RBI in that span. Calhoun is now just six homers shy of his personal-best 26 from 2015. The right fielder has added 48 RBI and 54 runs scored in 88 games played this season.
