Jazz Chisholm CF | NYY
Yankees' Jazz Chisholm: Fills box score in win
Chisholm went 3-for-4 with two home runs, three RBI and a stolen base in Tuesday's 7-1 win over the Astros.
Chisholm did a little bit of everything to help the Yankees' offense in this one. He has racked up six homers and four steals over his last nine games, batting .323 (10-for-31) in that span. Overall, he's up to a .243/.342/.505 slash line with 28 homers, 26 steals, 70 RBI, 68 runs scored, 13 doubles and one triple over 106 contests.

Luke Keaschall 2B | MIN
Twins' Luke Keaschall: Not in Tuesday's lineup
Keaschall is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game versus the White Sox.
The 23-year-old started the previous six games and will receive a day off after posting a .208/.321/.500 slash line with two homers during that span. Austin Martin is receiving a start at second base and batting sixth Tuesday in Keaschall's place.

Dauri Fernandez 2B | CLE
Guardians' Dauri Fernandez: Bumped to Single-A
Fernandez was promoted from the Arizona Complex League to Single-A Lynchburg on Aug. 28.
Fernandez passed his stateside debut with flying colors, slashing .333/.398/.558 with six home runs and 16 steals in 43 ACL games, and this run with the Hillcats to close the year will just be the cherry on top. The 18-year-old switch hitter's first two games at Single-A have come at shortstop, but he also saw double-digit games at third base and second base while playing at the complex. Like many young Guardians infield prospects before him, Fernandez is undersized (listed at 5-foot-9, 155 pounds) and seen as a hit-over-power prospect who could grow into sneaky power, so he exceeded expectations as a slugger this summer, albeit against weak rookie-level pitching.

Jeremiah Jackson SS | BAL
Orioles' Jeremiah Jackson: Leads O's offense Monday
Jackson went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored Monday in a 4-3 win over the Padres.
The versatile rookie's fifth-inning long ball broke a 2-2 tie, and he scored the game-winning run in the seventh on a Dylan Beavers single. Jackson continues to rake -- he's riding a 12-game hitting streak during which he's slashing .340/.364/.585 with three homers, 11 RBI and eight runs. His hot bat has made him an everyday presence in Baltimore's lineup, and he's been splitting his time between third base and right field.

Zack Gelof 2B | ATH
Athletics' Zack Gelof: Trio of hits in win
Gelof went 3-for-5 with a double, a solo home run, an additional run scored and was caught stealing in Monday's win over the Cardinals.
Gelof contributed to the Athletics' blowout win Monday with his second homer and second double of the season. His 2025 campaign has been derailed by wrist and rib injuries, keeping him in the minors more than the majors to this point. Since being recalled from Triple-A Las Vegas on Aug. 25, the 25-year-old is 7-for-27 (.259), with all four of his extra-base hits and five of his six RBI on the year coming during the seven-game stretch.

Leonardo Rivas SS | SEA
Mariners' Leo Rivas: Pops homer off bench
Rivas hit a two-run home run in his lone at-bat in Monday's 10-2 loss to the Rays.
Rivas was called up earlier in the day as rosters expanded to 28. He didn't start, but he pinch hit for Jorge Polanco in the ninth inning and provided the Mariners' lone runs in the lopsided loss. The homer was the first of his big-league career Rivas hadn't played in the majors since May 29 after a middling stretch of action early in the campaign. The infielder is slashing .295/.419/.361 with six RBI, 15 runs scored, four stolen bases and a double over 74 plate appearances. Rivas is likely to fill a reserve role around the infield, with his best chance of playing time coming at second base if he can challenge the duo of Polanco and Cole Young.

Tristan Gray SS | MIN
Rays' Tristan Gray: Goes yard in win
Gray went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's 10-2 win over the Mariners.
Gray's first two homers of the season have come over his last three games, though that stretch dates back to Aug. 22. The infielder hasn't been able to carve out consistent playing time despite being with the big club throughout August. He's at a .200/.243/.400 slash line with five RBI, four runs scored, no stolen bases and one double across 37 plate appearances in the majors this season.

Ramon Urias 2B | HOU
Astros' Ramon Urias: Goes deep in win
Urias went 2-for-4 with a solo homer and an additional RBI in Monday's 8-3 victory over the Angels.
Urias drew the start at second, where he has become a mainstay for the Astros, and clubbed his second homer with his new club. The 31-year-old opened the contest's scoring with a 361-foot blast off Los Angeles starter Yusei Kikuchi in the second. Since joining Houston from Baltimore at the trade deadline, Urias has batted .300 (18-for-60) with six RBI and five runs scored across 21 games.

Jose Altuve 2B | HOU
Astros' Jose Altuve: Cracks 24th long ball
Altuve went 2-for-4 with a homer, a double, a walk and three RBI in Monday's 8-3 victory over the Angels.
The Houston veteran tallied his team's final two runs with a 374-foot round tripper off Los Angeles reliever Brock Burke in the eighth. This marks the sixth time in his 15-year career that Altuve has reached the 24-homer plateau, with the last occurrence happening in 2022. The 35-year-old is now slashing .274/.337/.459 with 73 runs scored and 68 RBI in 570 total plate appearances.

Kody Clemens 1B | MIN
Twins' Kody Clemens: Taking seat Monday
Clemens is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the White Sox.
Edouard Julien will step in at first base in place of Clemens, who had started in each of the Twins' last four games, facing off against two right-handers and two lefties. Though Clemens finished August with a lowly .536 OPS, Julien didn't fare much better on the month (.545 OPS), and Clemens' longer track record of success in the majors this season could be enough to make him the preferred option at first base during the final month of the campaign.
