Muncy (hamstring) is not in the lineup for Monday's contest versus the Nationals, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Muncy exited Sunday's game against the Rays with what was described as a left hamstring cramp. He has not yet had a scheduled MRI, per DiGiovanna, but the infielder thinks he'll only miss a day or two of action, for what it's worth. He'll begin Monday's game on the bench, with Chris Taylor drawing the start at the hot corner.

Hayes is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Giants.

Rodolfo Castro will step in at third base in place of Hayes, who looks to be receiving a routine maintenance day. Hayes had started in 19 consecutive games dating back to May 6 but hit just .213 with six extra-base hits and three stolen bases during that span.

Riley went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in Sunday's win over the Phillies.

The third baseman went back-to-back with Matt Olson off Dylan Covey in the first inning, setting the tone for an 11-4 romp. Riley extended his hitting streak to 11 games in the process, a stretch in which he's slashing .372/.391/.721 with six doubles and three of his 10 homers on the year.

Wisdom is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Rays.

Wisdom started at third base in both of the final two games of the Cubs' series with the Reds this past weekend, going 3-for-6 with a pair of home runs, five RBI, one walk and an additional run. The big finish to the week ended a 2-for-28 skid over the previous nine games, during which Wisdom struck out a whopping 18 times. Miles Mastrobuoni will get a look at the hot corner Monday, and though Wisdom still appears to be the Cubs' preferred option at the position, his tendency to run hot and cold at the plate likely won't give him much job security.

Senzel went 2-for-3 with a double, two walks, two RBI and a run scored in Sunday's win over the Cubs.

Senzel picked up RBI on a single in the second and a double in the seventh while also drawing multiple walks in a game for just the third time this year. The 28-year-old has seven RBI over his last seven contests and is slashing .346/.406/.423 over that span. He does have only three extra-base hits since May 16 but has managed to be timely as of late in run-scoring opportunities. For the year, Senzel is now slashing .264/.337/.396 with four homers, 25 RBI, 22 runs and a 16:33 K:BB over 163 plate appearances.

Newman went 2-for-2 with three walks and an RBI in Sunday's win over the Cubs.

Newman miraculously reached base in all five of his at bats and never scored a run even with the Reds totaling eight runs in Sunday's contest. It didn't help that the two guys hitting behind him combined to go 0-for-9, but Newman has now put together four straight multi-hit games and has raised his batting average 40 points over that span. The Reds' infield is too crowded at the moment for Newman to see consistent playing time, but he'll continue to be given opportunities while he's swinging a hot bat.

Wisdom went 2-for-3 with a pair of home runs, a walk and five RBI in Sunday's 8-5 loss to the Reds.

Wisdom drove in all five runs for the Cubs after hitting a home run in the second and then another in the eighth. Sunday was just his second multi-hit game this month and his first long ball since May 10. He had been held out of the lineup two of the previous three times the Cubs had faced a righty and will likely need to bring his strikeouts down before he can be considered as a regular fixture again. The 31-year-old is now slashing .225/.316/.556 with 14 homers, 28 RBI, 28 runs and a 19:65 BB:K over 172 plate appearances.

McMahon went 3-for-5 with a home run, a double, five RBI, three runs scored and a walk in Sunday's 11-10 win over the Mets.

McMahon has homered in three straight games to close out the Rockies' current homestand, and he's knocked in 10 runs over his last six contests. The power surge has added 72 points to his slugging percentage since Wednesday. He's at a .238/.321/.443 slash line with seven homers, 28 RBI, 27 runs scored and four stolen bases over 52 games this season, and the vast majority of his damage has been done at Coors Field -- he has a .934 OPS at home but a .582 mark on the road.

Muncy said after Sunday's 11-10 loss to the Rays that he will undergo an MRI on his left hamstring Monday, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Though the Dodgers described Muncy's injury as a left hamstring cramp when he was removed in the bottom of the third inning, he'll still undergo imaging as the team looks to confirm that he's avoided a strain. Muncy, who went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run before exiting the contest, picked up the injury while running the bases in the top of the third. Even if the MRI yields good news, it wouldn't be surprising if Muncy sat out Monday's game against the Nationals for precautionary purposes.

Moustakas is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets, Patrick Lyons of TheDNVR.com reports.

Moustakas finds himself on the bench for a fourth consecutive game and looks as though he'll remain relegated to a reserve role even while C.J. Cron (back) is without a definitive timeline to return from the 10-day injured list. Nolan Jones will receive his third straight at first base and appears set to serve as Cron's primary replacement.
