Senzel went 2-for-3 with a walk and a two-run home run in Wednesday's 8-3 extra-inning loss to the Mets.

The 27-year-old got the Reds on the board by taking David Peterson deep in the second inning. Senzel has only three homers on the year, but two of them have come in the last three games, and over the last 13 contests he's slashing a blistering .442/.489/.605.

McMahon went 0-for-4 with a strikeout and a stolen base Wednesday against the Dodgers.

McMahon reached base on a fielder's choice in the second inning and proceeded to steal second base. He has now swiped three bags this season, all of which have come in his last five games. McMahon has also chipped in seven home runs, 38 RBI and 33 runs scored across 80 games on the season.

Longoria was placed on the 10-day injured list Wednesday with a strained left oblique, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

It's unclear when exactly the veteran third baseman picked up the injury, though it presumably occurred Tuesday while going 0-for-3 with a walk and two strikeouts against Arizona. Longoria doesn't have a clear timeline for his return, but he seems likely to be sidelined through the All-Star break.

Moustakas isn't starting Wednesday against the Mets.

Moustakas is getting a breather after he went 1-for-12 with an RBI and eight strikeouts over the last four games. Jonathan India is serving as the designated hitter while Matt Reynolds starts at second base.

Farmer (hand) is starting Wednesday's game against the Mets.

Farmer didn't appear in any of the last three games due to a hand injury, but he'll start at shortstop and bat cleanup Wednesday. Over his last five games, he's gone 5-for-16 with an RBI, two walks and three strikeouts.

Madrigal (groin) will begin a minor-league rehab assignment at Triple-A Iowa on Thursday, Taylor McGregor of Marquee Sports Network reports.

Madrigal has been on the injured list with a left groin strain since mid-June, but he's been ramping up his activity level recently. He's hit in live batting practice and participated in baserunning drills over the last week and will now return to game action in Iowa. The 25-year-old will likely be cleared to rejoin the Cubs after a relatively brief rehab assignment.

McMahon went 3-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Dodgers.

McMahon has gone 6-for-14 (.429) to begin July, and he's already posted a pair of multi-hit efforts. His steal Tuesday was also his second of the month, which accounts for all of his thefts this year. The infielder is up to a .245/.338/.383 slash line with seven home runs, 38 RBI, 33 runs scored, 13 doubles and two triples through 79 contests.

Muncy went 2-for-2 with a home run, a double, two walks, two RBI, a stolen base and three runs scored in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Rockies.

Muncy is starting to find his power again, as he's homered three times in his last seven games. He was productive across the board Tuesday, but that's been a rarity for the infielder in 2022. For the season, he's at a .171/.326/.327 slash line with eight homers, one steal, 25 RBI and 32 runs scored through 261 plate appearances.

Riley went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run, a double and an additional RBI in a 7-1 win against the Cardinals on Tuesday.

Riley contributed to a five-run first with a two-run home run. He followed up with a single in the third and a run-scoring double in the fourth to chase St. Louis starter Andre Pallante. The 25-year-old has been scorching of late, batting 12-for-24 with three doubles and three home runs over his last six games. The long ball was Riley's 21st, putting him on pace to surpass last season's career high of 33.

Segura has had the pins removed from his broken right index finger, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Segura is about a month removed from undergoing surgery on his broken finger, and this is the first reported sign of progress. Segura has resumed working out and was able to field some grounders Tuesday, but he still has a ways to go in his recovery and is not expected back until sometime in mid-to-late August.
