Matt Reynolds 3B | CIN
Mets' Matt Reynolds: Promoted to big club
Reynolds was recalled from Triple-A Las Vegas and is in the starting lineup at shortstop Monday, ESPN.com's Adam Rubin reports.
The 51s' season is set to end Monday, but the Mets will bring Reynolds aboard a day early to provide a little extra depth with Neil Walker (back) out for the season. The Mets figure to roll out a starting infield of James Loney, Wilmer Flores, Jose Reyes and Asdrubal Cabrera most nights, so unless one or two of those players succumb to injuries, Reynolds won't be in line for regular starts. However, due to the quick turnaround from the Sunday night game against Washington at Citi Field to a Monday matinee in Cincy, Cabrera is getting the day off, letting Reynolds start at short.

Jean Segura 3B | CLE
Diamondbacks' Jean Segura: Out of Saturday's lineup
Segura is out of the lineup Saturday against the Rockies.
This appears to be just a standard day off for Segura, and unfortunately it deprives his owners of one of the Coors Field games this weekend. Phil Gosselin will get the start at second base while hitting atop the order Saturday.

Eugenio Suarez DH | CIN
Reds' Eugenio Suarez: Has go-ahead RBI single as part of two-hit night
Suarez went 2-for-4 with a game-winning RBI single and a double in Friday's 3-2 victory over the Cardinals.
His ninth-inning hit to center plated Zack Cozart to complete a comeback from a mid-game 2-0 deficit. Suarez drove in 13 runs in August-- his best monthly total since April-- and Friday's output gets him off to a strong start in that regard in the new month.

Jean Segura 3B | CLE
Diamondbacks' Jean Segura: Collects three hits Wednesday
Segura went 3-for-5 with a stolen base in Wednesday's loss to the Giants.
Segura accounted for a third of the team's hits, but he didn't come around to score as the Diamondbacks mustered just two runs. The steal gives him 28 for the season, which is the second highest mark of his career (Segura had 44 steals in 2013). Segura is having a bounce-back season, and his line is now up to a robust .318/.366/.475.

Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN
Pirates' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Done for the season
Hayes will miss the remainder of the regular season with a broken rib, Pirates Prospects reports.
He missed more than a month with a back issue and had begun a rehab stint before shutting things down with the broken rib. Hayes slashed .263/.319/.393 with six homers and six stolen bases for Low-A West Virginia. The 19-year-old, who will probably advance to High-A Bradenton at some point in 2017, has little competition at the upper organizational levels but is still likely several seasons away from debuting for the Bucs.

Eugenio Suarez DH | CIN
Reds' Eugenio Suarez: Homers in Tuesday's loss
Suarez hit his 20th homer in the loss to the Angels on Tuesday, his 20th of the season.
It was the first homer for Suarez in over two weeks. He's now sitting at .248/.316/.429 for the season with those 20 homers, 61 RBI and 65 runs. That's a decent line for a shortstop-eligible player, which Suarez has been this year, but next year he's most likely going to be third base-only in most leagues, with just two games at shortstop so far in 2016.

Jean Segura 3B | CLE
Diamondbacks' Jean Segura: Returns to lineup Tuesday
Segura (illness) is back in the lineup Tuesday against the Giants.
An illness kept Segura from Sunday's series finale against the Reds but he's been deemed good to go following Monday's off day. Despite going 0-for-5 with three strikeouts in his last full game, Segura is still batting .340 in August, his fourth month of the season hitting over .300. He has 15 extra-base hits this month (.567 SLG) and nine steals in 10 attempts.

Nolan Arenado 3B | ARI
Rockies' Nolan Arenado: Drives in league-leading 112th RBI
Arenado went 2-for-4 with an RBI double and a run in Monday's 8-1 win over the Dodgers.
Arenado was a little late to the party, but drove in DJ LeMahieu in the seventh for Colorado's sixth run of the game and his 112th RBI of the season. Baseball's leading run producer has been on fire with six multi-hit efforts in his last eight games. Things could get even better in his next eight, with all of them coming at the hitter-friendly Coors Field.

DJ LeMahieu 2B | NYY
Rockies' DJ LeMahieu: Drives in three Monday
LeMahieu went 2-for-5 with a double, a run and three RBI against the Dodgers on Monday.
LeMahieu has put up two multi-hit games in three tries since returning from a minor wrist injury, pushing his average up to .344 along the way. He's hitting an even .400 at home, so owners should be licking their chops with the Rockies at Coors Field for their next eight games.
