Nido (wrist) was placed on the 10-day injured list Wednesday, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

Despite receiving encouraging MRI results Wednesday, the catcher will be out until the start of July at the earliest while his wrist heals. Patrick Mazeika, whom the Mets recalled Tuesday, will back up James McCann while Nido is sidelined.

Trevino is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Athletics.

Stassi is likely receiving a breather with the Giants and Angels wrap up their two-game set with a day game after a night game. Kurt Suzuki will catch for starting pitcher Shohei Ohtani on Wednesday.

Narvaez is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Diamondbacks.

With a lefty (Caleb Smith) on the mound for Arizona and the two teams wrapping up the series with a day game after a night game, the lefty-hitting Narvaez will cede catching duties to Manny Pina.
