  • Marcus Stroman SP | NYY

Blue Jays' Marcus Stroman: Picks up fifth win Sunday

Stroman (5-1) allowed one run on three hits and two walks while striking out three over 7.2 innings to earn the win Sunday at the Twins.

Stroman was provided a three-run lead in the first inning and had little trouble keeping the Twins' bats silent. He's now allowed two or fewer earned runs in four of his last five starts, which has pushed his marks on the year to 3.89 ERA to go along with a 1.17 WHIP. He'll make his next start Saturday against the Red Sox.

  • Dallas Keuchel SP | MIL

Astros' Dallas Keuchel: Allows seven runs in losing effort Sunday

Keuchel (2-6) allowed seven runs on nine hits and one walk while striking out six over six innings to take the loss Sunday against the Rangers.

Keuchel gave up five runs in the third inning and never gave the Astros a chance to stay in the contest. He's now allowed at least five runs in five of his last seven outings to raise his ERA to 5.92. He'll make his next start Saturday at the Angels.

  • Yu Darvish SP | SD

Rangers' Yu Darvish: Ready for 2016 debut

Darvish (elbow) said he's ready for his 2016 debut, FOX Sports Southwest's Anthony Andro reports.

Darvish finished his rehab assignment with Double-A Frisco on Sunday, striking out six batters over six scoreless innings (87 pitches) while allowing just three hits and a walk. He surrendered three runs (two earned) in 20 innings between his five rehab starts for Frisco and Triple-A Round Rock, with 21 strikeouts and just nine hits allowed. Darvish is scheduled to make his 2016 MLB debut in the upcoming weekend series against the Pirates.

  • Cole Hamels SP | SD

Rangers' Cole Hamels: Strikes out 11 hitters Sunday

Hamels (5-0) allowed two runs, one of which was earned, on five hits and two walks while striking out 11 over eight innings to earn the win Sunday at Houston.

Hamels was staked to a five-run lead in the third inning, and he coasted easily to his fifth victory. After allowing three earned runs in both of his last two outings, he allowed one or fewer earned runs for the fourth time this season, lowering his ERA to 2.83 to go along with a 1.26 WHIP. He'll make his next start Friday against the Pirates.

  • Carlos Rodon SP | NYY

White Sox's Carlos Rodon: Earns second win Sunday

Rodon (2-4) allowed two runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out four over 6.2 innings to earn the win Sunday against the Royals.

Rodon gave up single runs in the second and sixth innings, and the White Sox provided him just enough offense to earn a victory for the lefty. He now has thrown three quality starts over his last four outings, lowering his ERA to 4.47. He'll make his next start Friday at Kansas City.

  • Luis Severino SP | ATH

Yankees' Luis Severino: Will make rehab start on Sunday

Serverino (triceps) is expected to make a rehab start Sunday, Yankees' clubhouse reporter Meredith Marakovits reports.

Severino has been playing catch and throwing on flat ground after he was diagnosed with a mild triceps strain earlier in May. If all goes well in the start, the 22-year-old would take a step toward a return to the Yankees' rotation.

  • Sonny Gray SP | BOS

Athletics' Sonny Gray: No extended absence expected

Gray (back) expects to return after the 15-day minimum, MLB.com's Jane Lee reports.

Gray landed on the 15-day DL on Sunday afternoon due to a strained right trapezius, but it's not an injury that is expected to cost the Oakland ace an extended absence. He did receive a cortisone shot following his removal from Friday's start, but it doesn't appear as if it had the intended results. He'll instead require a DL stint, and if everything goes as planned, Gray would only miss two starts and be back in action by early June.

  • Sonny Gray SP | BOS

Athletics' Sonny Gray: Lands on disabled list

Gray was placed on the 15-day DL Sunday due to a strained right trapezius.

Gray had yet another shaky outing Friday, allowing four earned runs on six hits and four walks to bring his ERA up to 6.19 on the year. After opening the season with four straight quality starts, Gray has been unable to return to early-season form, but it now appears that an injury may have been in play. The Oakland ace will be given a couple weeks on the shelf to heal his ailing back, while the team will recall lefty Daniel Coulombe to take his spot on the roster. Gray had been scheduled to make his next start Wednesday in Seattle, but the A's have yet to announce an official replacement option.

  • Yu Darvish SP | SD

Rangers' Yu Darvish: Return to majors on tap

Darvish is scheduled to make his 2016 debut with the Rangers on Saturday, Stefan Stevenson of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Darvish has now made four rehab starts, increasing his workload by an inning each time out. A .125 opponent batting average through 14 minor league innings is certainly promising, so the Rangers will elect to bring back one of the organization's top pitchers in short order. Barring any setbacks, owners that took a chance on Darvish should be able to count on roughly four months of utility.

  • Red Sox's Eduardo Rodriguez: Scheduled for rehab start

Rodriguez (knee) will make a rehab start Tuesday for Triple-A Pawtucket, Brian MacPherson of the Providence Journal reports.

Rodriguez tossed another bullpen session at Fenway Park on Sunday, marking yet another successful workout for the southpaw. If Tuesday's start confirms his health, Rodriguez will soon return to consideration for the fifth starter's job in Boston.
