Martinez (2-4) picked up the win Thursday against the White Sox, allowing two hits and no walks with three strikeouts across seven scoreless frames.

Martinez delivered his first scoreless start of 2025, shutting down the lowly White Sox and setting a season high in innings pitched. The 34-year-old righty has now logged four consecutive quality starts, and he hasn't allowed a walk in 19 innings. Through 51.2 innings this season, Martinez owns a 3.66 ERA, a 1.16 WHIP and a 40:11 K:BB.. He's scheduled to face the Pirates in Pittsburgh early next week.

Smith-Shawver (3-2) picked up the win Thursday against the Nationals, allowing one unearned run on two hits and two walks across six innings. He struck out six.

The only damage against Smith-Shawver came in the sixth inning, when a two-out fielding error by Austin Riley allowed CJ Abrams to score from second base. It was another excellent start from the 22-year-old, who's allowed just one earned run in his last 19.2 innings. On the year, Smith-Shawver has a 2.33 ERA and a 40:17 K:BB across 38.2 innings. He's in line to make his next start Thursday for a road matchup against Washington.

Williams (2-5) took the loss Thursday against Atlanta, allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits and no walks across 4.1 innings. He struck out four.

Williams allowed one unearned run on two hits through four innings before having a nightmare fifth frame. He hit Ozzie Albies with a pitch to begin the inning and later gave up three straight singles before being pulled. Williams has now allowed at least four runs in four consecutive starts, and he owns a 6.86 ERA and a 17:5 K:BB across 21 innings during that stretch. He's tentatively scheduled to pitch again Wednesday in a rematch with Atlanta.

Houser was granted his release by the Rangers on Thursday, Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Houser signed a minor-league deal with the Rangers this winter and was having some success with Triple-A Round Rock, most notably maintaining a 1.15 WHIP with 37 strikeouts across 39.1 innings. Texas would reportedly like to re-sign him, though he may have another opportunity around the league lined up.

Glasnow (shoulder) threw from flat ground Thursday, Matthew Moreno of DodgerBlue.com reports.

Glasnow resumed throwing Sunday, and this marked his second session. Manager Dave Roberts said that Glasnow's recovery is going as planned but provided no timeline for him to begin throwing off a mound.

Gausman (3-4) allowed six runs on 10 hits while striking out six and walking none over 5.2 innings to take the loss versus the Rays on Thursday.

Gausman struggled right out of the gate, allowing a two-run home run to Brandon Lowe in the first inning. The veteran right-hander also allowed solo shots to Kameron Misner and Josh Lowe prior to his exit. Gausman had gotten some early homer trouble under control before this start -- he hadn't allowed a homer over his previous four starts, covering 20 innings in that span. This poor performance raised his ERA to 4.59 with a 1.06 WHIP and 46:12 K:BB over 51 innings through nine starts this season. It was the fourth time he's avoided walking a batter, and that impressive control has been one of the bright spots in his up-and-down campaign so far. His next start is projected to be at home versus the Padres.

Winn was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock on Thursday.

Winn has yet to allow an earned run across 23.1 innings with Round Rock this season, though that's come with a less impressive 20:11 K:BB. He'll be set for a bullpen role with the Rangers.

Littell (3-5) allowed three runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out two over 7.1 innings to earn the win Thursday over the Blue Jays.

Littell's longest start of the year was his fifth quality start in six outings, though there were some flaws. All three runs he allowed came via solo home runs, making this the fourth time in nine outings he's allowed multiple homers. Still, he continues to be effective at limiting damage, as this was the seventh time he's walked no more than one batter. The right-hander is now at a 4.31 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 32:10 K:BB over 54.1 innings this season, despite allowing 13 homers so far. His next start is projected to be at home versus the Astros.

Manager Dave Roberts said Thursday that Knack is likely to serve as the Dodgers' fifth starter in the short term, Matthew Moreno of DodgerBlue.com reports.

The Dodgers' rotation has been consistently shuffled early this season, and that continued with Roki Sasaki (shoulder) being placed on the injured list this week and Clayton Kershaw (toe) nearing activation. Those moves would still leave them one starter short, and Knack appears to be the preferred option over the likes of Ben Casparius and Matt Sauer. Knack has a 5.89 ERA and 1.53 WHIP with a more impressive 20:8 K:BB across 18.1 innings this season.

Ynoa signed a contract with the Leones De Yucatan of the Mexican League on Monday.

Ynoa was cut loose by the Twins in April after allowing five earned runs in 4.1 innings at Triple-A St. Paul. The 26-year-old will now continue his playing career south of the border and could get looks from MLB organizations again if his time in Mexico goes well.
