Vasquez didn't factor into the decision against the Pirates on Saturday, allowing one run on six hits and five walks while striking out three over five innings.

It wasn't exactly smooth sailing for Vasquez, who allowed at least two baserunners in four of his five innings pitched, but he limited the damage to an RBI single from Oneil Cruz in the second frame. Vasquez has yielded one earned run or less in four of his seven starts this season, but he's also issued a league-leading 24 walks over 32.1 innings. He's lined up to face the Rockies on the road next weekend.

Gausman came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Guardians, scattering one hit and one walk over six scoreless innings. He struck out nine.

The veteran right-hander put together perhaps his best performance of the season, generating 32 called or swinging strikes among his 94 pitches (66 total strikes), but he missed out on his third win of the year when the Blue Jays' bullpen melted down late. The quality start was Gausman's fourth in seven trips to the mound, and he'll take a 3.83 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 37:12 K:BB through 40 innings into his next outing, which lines up to come on the road next weekend in Seattle.

Falter did not factor into the decision of Saturday's game against the Padres, allowing one run on two hits and two walks while striking out six over seven innings.

Falter scatted four baserunners over seven strong innings, with his only blemish coming on a Manny Machado solo homer in the seventh frame. It was Falter's third quality start of the season and the second time he has made it through seven innings. He has a 5.06 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 28:11 K:BB across 37.1 innings, and his next start is slated for next weekend at home against Atlanta.

Williams came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Blue Jays, giving up two runs on seven hits and five walks over four innings. He struck out nine.

The right-hander was far from efficient, throwing 59 of 100 pitches for strikes, but his ability to generate timely strikeouts minimized the damage against him. Williams still exited the mound in line for the loss, but a Daniel Schneemann grand slam in the ninth inning got him off the hook for what would have been his second straight defeat. Williams will carry a 5.06 ERA, 1.75 WHIP and 37:19 K:BB through 32 innings into his next start, which is scheduled to come at home next weekend against the Phillies.

Manager Rob Thompson said Saturday that Walker will move from the rotation to the bullpen, Lochlahn March of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Ranger Suarez (back) returned from the 15-day injured list Saturday and will be reclaiming his spot in the Phillies' rotation from Walker. Thompson did leave the door open for Walker to make spot starts this season as part of a six-man rotation, but the 32-year-old right-hander will shift to the bullpen and likely serve in a bulk-relief role. In six starts this season, Walker has gone 1-3 with a 2.54 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 22:13 K:BB across 28.1 innings.

Martin didn't factor into the decision in Saturday's 8-3 loss to the Astros, giving up three runs on eight hits over five innings. He struck out five without walking a batter.

The White Sox staked Martin to a 3-0 lead in the first inning, but the 28-year-old righty let it slip away over the course of his 88 pitches (58 strikes). It's the first time this season he hasn't issued a walk in a start, and he hasn't served up a homer in three straight outings. Martin will take a 3.52 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 26:11 K:BB through 38.1 innings into his next start, which lines up to come on the road next week in Kansas City.

Blalock did not factor into the decision in Saturday's game against the Giants, allowing three runs on two hits and two walks while striking out four over 5.1 innings.

Blalock registered only nine first-pitch strikes and six whiffs on 75 pitches (47 strikes), but he limited the Giants to one run through his first five innings. He was tagged for another run after being lifted in the sixth frame and was in line for the win, but that didn't come to fruition after Matt Chapman knocked a go-ahead grand slam off Jake Bird. Blalock could stick in the Rockies' rotation for as long as Ryan Feltner (back) is on the 15-day injured list, and the former is lined up to face the Padres at home next weekend.

Brown (5-1) picked up the win Saturday in an 8-3 victory over the White Sox, giving up three runs on four hits and three walks over six innings. He struck out nine.

The right-hander wobbled early as Chicago put a three-spot on the board in the first inning, but Brown settled in and gave his offense a chance to mount a comeback. The three earned runs are the most Brown has given up in a start this season, while he extended his quality start streak to seven with the performance. He'll take a 1.67 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 49:10 K:BB through 43 innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come at home next weekend against the Reds.

Hicks allowed three runs on three hits and two walks while striking out seven in five innings against the Rockies on Saturday. He did not factor into the decision.

Hicks limited the Rockies to one walk and one hit over the first five innings but was tagged for three runs in the sixth, and he finished with 11 whiffs and 12 first-pitch strikes while tossing 88 pitches (55 strikes). Hicks' seven punchouts were his most in a start this season, but he has given up at least three earned runs in five of his last six outings and is up to a 6.03 ERA and 1.45 WHIP over 37.1 innings. He's slated to face the Twins on the road next weekend.

Littell (2-5) picked up the win in Saturday's 3-2 victory over the Yankees, allowing two runs on three hits over seven innings. He struck out three without walking a batter.

It looked like the right-hander was headed for another tough-luck loss when he exited the mound with the Rays down 2-1, but a two-run rally in the top of the eighth flipped the script. Littell has produced four quality starts in seven trips to the mound, but this was the first one in which he came away with the win. Keeping the ball in the park remains an issue, however -- both runs he gave up Saturday came on solo shots, and he's served up 10 homers in 41 innings this year. He'll carry a 4.61 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 25:8 K:BB into his next outing, which lines up to come at home next weekend against the Brewers.
