Rockies' Ryan Feltner: Bullpen session on tap Tuesday
Feltner (elbow) is slated to throw a bullpen session Tuesday, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

According to MLB.com, Feltner said that he doesn't believe he'll require a rehab assignment prior to returning rom the injured list, but the right-hander will still likely need to complete multiple bullpen and live batting practice sessions before the Rockies activate him.

Caleb Kilian RP | SF
Giants' Caleb Kilian: Picks up loss Sunday
Kilian (1-1) took the loss in Sunday's 2-1 extra-inning defeat to the Rays, allowing one unearned run on two hits and an intentional walk across one relief inning.
Kilian entered in the ninth inning, during which he surrendered a single. He returned for the 10th and intentionally walked the first batter he faced before giving up an RBI single to end the game. He threw 12 of his 15 pitches for strikes while suffering his first loss of the season. Across 14 relief outings in 2026, the right-hander owns a 0.60 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 16:8 K:BB across 15 innings.

Gregory Soto RP | PIT
Pirates' Gregory Soto: Closes out win
Soto (3-0) didn't allow a baserunner while striking out two across 1.1 innings to earn the win Sunday against the Reds.
Soto got the final out of the eighth inning with runners at first and third in a 0-0 game. The Pirates scored the game-winning run in the home half of the frame, while Soto stayed in the contest for the final inning to earn the win. He has had an excellent start to the season in Pittsburgh by allowing only three earned runs across 17 innings, though he hasn't recorded a save since April 3.

Trevor McDonald SP | SF
Giants' Trevor McDonald: Set for big-league start Monday
McDonald is slated to be called up from Triple-A Sacramento to start Monday's series opener against the Padres.
The Giants optioned McDonald to Triple-A on Friday, but the fact that he's being listed as the team's probable starter for Monday suggests that another player will be placed on the injured list in a corresponding move to facilitate his call-up. The right-hander has appeared in five contests (four starts) with Sacramento this season, posting a 5.40 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 12:15 K:BB over 15 innings. Unless San Francisco ends up deactivating one of the five members of its rotation Monday, McDonald will likely be in line for just a spot start before heading back to Triple-A.

Willy Adames SS | SF
Giants' Willy Adames: Doubles in defeat
Adames went 1-for-4 with a double in Sunday's 2-1 extra-inning loss to the Rays.
Adames had gone 12 appearances without an extra-base hit entering Sunday's contest, batting .078 in 52 plate appearances during that span. He snapped that drought in the seventh inning Sunday, collecting his 11th two-bagger of the season. It's been a rough start to the campaign for both the Giants and Adames, as the shortstop is now slashing .195/.236/.346 with 12 runs scored, six RBI and three home runs across 140 plate appearances.

Lourdes Gurriel LF | ARI
Diamondbacks' Lourdes Gurriel: Reaches base three times Sunday
Gurriel went 2-for-3 with a walk and run scored in Sunday's 8-4 loss to the Cubs.
After starting his season 1-for-20 at the dish, Gurriel has gone 9-for-23 (.391) with a pair of doubles and three RBI in the six games since. Gurriel is slashing .233/.283/.279 with the two doubles, four RBI, three runs scored and a 3:8 BB:K across 46 trips to the plate since making his season debut April 18. He's still looking for his first home run.

Merrill Kelly SP | ARI
Diamondbacks' Merrill Kelly: Hammered for six runs in loss
Kelly (1-3) took the loss Sunday against the Cubs, allowing six runs on eight hits and three walks with five strikeouts across 4.1 innings.
Kelly had the strikeout stuff working at Wrigley Field, but when he wasn't getting whiffs, the Cubs were punishing the right-hander. Moises Ballesteros took Kelly deep in the third inning, and it was Kelly's sixth homer allowed in four starts. After missing the first three weeks of the season, Kelly has limped to a 9.95 ERA and ugly 14:15 K:BB across 19 innings. He's been tagged for 19 runs across 13.2 innings over his last three outings and will try to right the ship next weekend at home against the lowly Mets.

Matthew Boyd SP | CHC
Cubs' Matthew Boyd: Picks up win over Arizona
Boyd (2-1) earned the win Sunday against the Diamondbacks, allowing two runs on four hits and one walk with five strikeouts across six innings.
It was Boyd's first quality start of the season and the first time he's pitched at least six innings. After getting tagged for seven runs across 8.2 innings in two starts since returning from the injured list, Boyd was able to find some success Sunday. He threw 65 of his 94 pitches for strikes and lowered his ERA to 6.00 with an impressive 31:6 K:BB across 24 innings this season. Boyd's 1.82 FIP entering Sunday suggests he's pitched significantly better than his box-score results. With an impressive 33.7 percent whiff rate, Boyd looks like a pitcher to buy in fantasy.

Nathan Church LF | STL
Cardinals' Nathan Church: Pair of knocks in loss Sunday
Church went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Dodgers.
The lefty-hitting Church continues to hit left-handed pitching, and he singled in both of his plate appearances against Justin Wrobleski on Sunday. Church is now hitting .375 in 16 at-bats against lefties, which should continue to earn him more playing time in the Cardinals' outfield. He's slashing .247/.279/.433 with five home runs, 16 RBI, 13 runs scored, three stolen bases and a 4:24 BB:K across 104 trips to the plate while playing strong defense.
